    Purchased this for my laptop for college and it worked as expected. Really easy to set up. Came with software disk that was easy to install and it worked perfectly.

    I did not notice that my new pc did not have a cd/dvd drive and went back to the store and was shown this item. I think it is great and does a wonderful job.

    The Product, as described... really, not the Story. Older School Guy here, used to in-person shopping, and 'hated' the hassle. Online? Impersonal, though convenient, but the WAIT. Solution? Online Order, pickup local asap. The Best Buy purchase and subsequent pickup notification provided me to best utilize my schedule and time. Wow, it IS! about "Me" haha
