Works just fine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Laptop didn't have a drive and I still buy actual CDs so needed a way to import into iTunes. Also figured I would use it to make copies of discs and to install various software. So far I've imported to iTunes and made a copy of a disc. Worked just fine. I did not install the software that came with it. That may be of interest to others. Just plugged in and when done, just pull the plug (there is no safe remove needed).
