    Very happy With the product, Was told by a computer repair store I could get one at Best Buy for around $20 this 1 costs me 40 a little more than I wanted to spend but still got it anyway.

    This broke within a year (bought in Oct. 2024, broke in Aug. 2025). It has a one-year parts and labor warranty, but that is useless - Dell just gave me the runaround and kept telling me to call the same number, and when I do that they just tell me to call that number again. I'm done - Dell service completely sucks and they have no desire to honor their warranty. I gave this two stars because I was at least able to use it for 10 months.
