Take the delivery time provided by Best Buy with a "grain of salt".

Makes loud noises like it was scratching my disc and you need to download a software and pay extra if you really want to extract your DVD. Good for basic usage only.

If you really have that many discs and need a player this may be worth it. Rip your cds/dvds to an external hard drive before you get rid of your old pc with a drive so you wouldn’t have to get this!

Seems to be good quality (definitely better than the cheapo no name junk I bought previously and then got fed up with), haven't had it very ling but haven't had any issues with it. Even came with some free dvd playing software!
