I was definitely scared using it because I thought it was either going to explode, eat my cd, or crash my laptop. I am returning due to the noise, but if you don’t mind that.. then it works

I was told they aren't made any longer. The employee suggested I purchase the Dell Slim DVD+/-RW Drive - Plug & Play, that I can plug into my current laptop. Happy with that!
