This Dell device worked as expected. The transfer speed was very fast and had no issues.

As most laptops, no longer come equipped with an internal player . This is the next best . I could not survive corona without it.

Dvd/Rw driver works as stated, I would recommend this product.

Purchased a similar product by samsung prior to picking this one up when I happened to be in best buy. Had to return the samsung as it flat out didn't work. This one does! Yay.

This item is great for anyone who still uses CDs and play it through your computer or laptop. Also quick to download music or burn CDs.

Product took a bit to figure out at the instructions only indicated to plug and play. After a few unsuccessful attempts of trying to run the disc I wanted, I used the disk that came with the unit and thereafter everything downloaded fine.

I still have use for a dvd reader but laptops don't seem to come with them anymore. This works as well as any if you still have a need for one.

I wish I would have know that my new laptop didn't have a disc drive. But this is easy to use and was a decent price. Thank you

Very good product. It works great. I am glad I went with a Dell product I've never had problems with Dell.

The laptop I bought did not have a DVD port but several USB ports. This product completely fulfills my needs. I would buy it again if I needed another DVD drive.

A handy and a necessary addition to to complete a notebook setup that is without a dvd reader or a CD reader.

This works out great on what we needed it for. Laptop CD drive went out and wasn't worth getting a new one so this was the next best option.

This DVD External Drive includes the software to be able to actually play DVDs with Windows 10, since Microsoft froze up the Windows Media Player with the upgrade.

Great for watching movies and ripping cds. Highly recommend for external cd drives

Exactly what I was looking for to expand the utility of my laptop.

Searched and bought on line. picked location got email saying it was ready. Associate was polite and cooperative. exceeded expectations. Wheaton is my go to location

Did the job I needed it to do. Other than that it does it's job. Directions, and or a note giving an explanation if software is needed or not.

The separate USB cable is awkward and much bigger than necessary. It would be much better with a small, attached, recessed cable like on some HP drives. It works just fine though.
