    It's a shame that new laptops do not come with a dvd drive, but if you need one, as I do, this is a good way to have one on the computer.

    I got this to install Win10 from a DVD, but it is handy for all the computers, since CD/DVD drives are not commonly included.

    Thought it was great to add disc players just by simply plug in to the USB port. Thought I had to install it in the computer !

    Bought this for my wife to access an old training CD. Integration was seamless and worked great. Haven't used it a whole lot, but very happy for now.

    The Dell DVD player works well but there isn't any real documentation. I was frustrated enough to think about returning it until I spent about an hour on the phone with Dell. The guy I spoke to was incredibly helpful and now I can easily watch DVDs.

    I bought this for half price on Black Friday to go with a new Dell laptop that did not have a cd/dvd drive. I have burned 5 CDs so far and the sound quality is great!
