The Dell DVD reader price was fair for something I won’t use much. It’s plug and play compatible with the Dell laptop. I just put my DVD software into the slot and it transferred the files quickly. A perfect solution.

Unfortunately it did not work and after speaking with dell technical support was able to get it to play some videos. Needless to say I returned it and purchase another brand which advertised plug and play also and was happy that it worked perfectly.
