Defective unit

It keeps making sounds as if it's trying to kick in but nothing appears on the screen. I think it's a good unit if I could get it to work, but I think something is definitely wrong with the unit.

I had to return this product because it would not
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to return this product because it would not except the disks that I had and wanted to load onto my computer it said my disks were too old I had just to be able to edit photographs which is what I wanted to be able to use and I had another one called create a card but neither one are able to be used with this computer and this device did not work for me so I returned it

Useless without a cord

It was of no use to me when I needed it. I spent 1 1/2 hours trying to resolve issues with Best Buy and it was totally futile. All it resulted in was aggravating me and wasting my time.

Trouble getting threw entire dvd rip.

Very disappointing. Probably actually only 1 star. Also seems kind of cheaply made. I wondered how safe it really was to play disc in it.
