Doesn't work

We have new Dell Inspiron 5000 series computers with windows 10, so they should work, but don't. We will probably be returning them.

Not a good match.

I returned it and purchased an Apple Super Drive which works with my MacBook Pro. Now I have all Apple devices together.

Sales Staff need better training

Never been happy with Dell products
