    Only lasted 2 months. After 2 months of ripping cds laptop won't recognize it and says it doesn't work

    It says plug & play but we can't get them to work on either of our computers. We have new Dell Inspiron 5000 series computers with windows 10, so they should work, but don't. We will probably be returning them.

    This DVD burner/Reader was very inconsistent. It dailed to read 2 discs on day 1 even with multiple tries. I returned this unit and bought an ASUS online.

    Worked well for nearly 5 whole months, then stopped working. NO WARRANTY per Dell when I called. Thank goodness I just used rewards points for this purchase. I won't be buying any more Dell products.

    My MacBook Pro would not recognize this Dell External Drive. It needed two drivers to work. No thanks. I returned it and purchased an Apple Super Drive which works with my MacBook Pro. Now I have all Apple devices together.

    Lots of hoops to jump through to get to work. Does not work well with all protectors. If trying to use for school purposes go elsewhere.
