It says plug & play but we can't get them to work on either of our computers. We have new Dell Inspiron 5000 series computers with windows 10, so they should work, but don't. We will probably be returning them.

This DVD burner/Reader was very inconsistent. It dailed to read 2 discs on day 1 even with multiple tries. I returned this unit and bought an ASUS online.
