fairly nice and sleek laptop for the price; very fast and like the fact it is touch screen and lightweight

It is a good machine -- on par with the other Dell laptops that I've had. Picked this one up as an open box unit. It seems to be as fast as my last Dell that had an Core 7 processor with 8 GB memory. Love the Ice Blue color. I didn't need the 2-in-1 nor the touchscreen, but I'm sure it will come in handy some day. I've been using both Inspiron and Latitude laptops and they seem all the same to me. Having a built-in SD card reader is nice. The 3.5mm jack doesn't seem to work with my external speaker so I'm using a bluetooth speaker instead. Although not excessively heavy, I was hoping to get a lighter machine that is under 3 lbs. I guess I should complain...it's a lot lighter than a Compaq "portable" PC that weighed 40 lbs.

I was looking for a new laptop that could handlei photo and video but wasn't too heavy. This one even has an sd card slot which is perfect for photo editing. It's also my first touchscreen laptop - it even folds in half like a tablet.

Great for work, school, and microsoft word. I love that it is touchscreen and can work with a active pen stylus. I recommend using the windows sonic setting for better sound quality. Other than that its a great laptop with nice features like a fingerprint sensor. It's a great deal for the price.

I’ve been using the Dell Inspiron 14 2-in-1 for a little while now and really like it. The touchscreen and flexible design make it fun to use, and performance is smooth for school and everyday tasks. Battery life could be better, but overall it’s a solid laptop for the price.

The laptop is a great computer with excellent quality and speed. The only drawback I’d like to highlight is the battery life. In addition, the charger tends to overheat, which is concerning. Since I’m still under warranty, I may request a new charger.

I love this computer. It is so gorgeous. The internet is super fast, lightweight and the sound is amazing. It plays my Apple Music, I can watch my favorite shows and movie on Apple TV on it along with my Netflix and so much more. I love it. Thank you so much

The touchscreen is cool but the fans are very loud, battery life is like 6-8 hrs use time, and the touchpad is incredibly sensitive its good enough for school though.

A few issues:
1. Sometimes, the mouse pointer is hard to see. Especially bad in MS-Paint. I have to move the mouse around a lot to locate the pointer so that I don't overwrite something good in my pic.
2. Scrollbars sometimes too narrow or even non-existent. Then I can't access part of a webpage because I can't scroll to it.
3. Can't find instructions to turn off the touch-screen capability. Sometimes, when typing numbers, my sleeve brushes against the screen and opens up unwanted websites.
Laptop is mainly good. I would still recommend it, since it was the best that the salesperson could find for me, given my limited needs.

Love the size and sleekness. I have enjoyed the ability to switch to a tablet. I plan to use this for online college courses, and hopeful it will provide the basic needs.

Purchase was easy, especially since I knew exactly what I wanted viz. make and how equipped. The Geek service (we already had) made setup easy, including software installations (using licenses we already had). The Geek Squad people are knowledgeable and cooperative. The computer itself is fast and generally easy to use, except some minor typical Win 11 annoyances.

Except for my frustration with the Windows 11 structure, I love the computer. Clear screen, rapid response and small enough to be comfortable using it as a tablet.

I got this for my daughter who is starting college in the Fall. It seems to be the perfect size with great features for her. I like that it’s a 2 in 1. Should be great for note taking.
