So far this laptop is decent. I went from a MacBook Air to this new Dell and I like the Dell better. It is very small which I like. I use it for personal only and not on a daily basis so it is perfect for my needs. I would recommend.

I purchased it for taking online classes, and its been perfect for that so far. Easy to travel with, decent battery life and power to do all the basic things without delay. I love it so far!

it gets really hot and the fan is super loud, but it does it’s job!

I bought this for my daughter for college, and it has been a perfect fit for her needs thus far. Best Buy was able to easily recommend a stylus so that she could immediately start using it in tablet mode. She loves the versatility of the laptop/tablet mode when taking notes, writing papers, and navigating various programs. I highly recommend this product.

Dell Laptop Inspiron14 2-in-1. Good size for my requirements has back lit keyboard lighting which is a must for dark room work. Seems to be quick & full function with latest Windows features. Overall, so far very satisfied with this purchase.

We needed to free up space so we gave the giant gaming computer to the grandkids and bought this laptop. It's a great size for our needs, and I love that it is also a touchscreen. We plan to take it camping so we can watch videos on rainy days.

I am very happy with my purchase. The only thing is quite a few times after starting it I have to restart it because the key board doesn’t work. That’s the only reason I have a 4 stars vs 5. The laptop feels heavy compared to my previous and bigger laptop.

So far so good for the most part. this computer had what I wanted - small size, 2 in 1 capabilities, backlit keyboard. The only complaint I have so far is that I can't get the camera to work. That is a major irritation but I'm sure I will figure it out.

This laptop is light and easy to setup. So far my son has been using it for school with no issues. Great laptop!

First laptop that ive owned in years. The processor is nice. I can’t wait to upgrade the ram to 32! It comes with Windows 11 Home! Great deal through BB open box excellent! Highly recommended!

Absolutely love my new laptop. Made a fire power point presentation for my work, and was told it was top 2 out of over 100 candidates. Easy to use and the screen looks sharp. One of my best purchases of this year.

I got this laptop as open box “fair”. Fair in this case meant no charger, but brand new unused laptop. 232$ can’t beat it. Great laptop screen is very responsive, only complaint is that it’s way too heavy.

Easy to navigate. Extremely helpful with touch screen! I love this laptop. I use it mainly for work, and it has all the necessary things I need. Super easy to personalize as well. Super quick set up too.

The Dell Inspiron 14-2 Laptop worked great out of the box after going through the Dell/Windows set-up. I did set up my own Slide Show screen saver, but have not gotten the Lock Screen slide show to work, still working on it. I deleted some forced feed program from Windows (ie. McAfee & 360 Office). I will install programs I have used for years like Word Perfect, Adobe Acrobat, ... Overall No Regreats in my purchase.

This is my unsolicited review of the Dell - Inspiron 14 2-in-1 Touch Laptop - AMD Ryzen 5 Processor - AMD Radeon Graphics - 8 GB Memory - 512 GB SSD in color Midnight Blue, 1st I love the color it is different and stands out, no smudges, and easy to clean. 2nd the laptop is a beast, not made of plastic and can last a while but the con is the weight. 3rd This laptop 2 in 1 has the added feature of tablet mode, which is why this was initially so appealing to me. It is 14 inches which is bigger than my iPAD but no where near as fast as the M4 iPAD pro. 4th and last comment is the PC is slow, windows 11 is a resource hog as is excel and other spreadsheets so the weak 8 GB Memory is not enough for 2024, it should have 16 GB RAM for the high price . Also the storage is average at best with only a 512 GB SSD. Overall it is a average laptop ,and a bit heavy since it is not made of all plastic like the new HP 2 in 1 laptops.. I like Dell and the CPU is okay but this beast needs more RAM to last into 2025 and beyond. In summary I give it 3 out of 5 stars for lack of RAM and storage, weight. The screen is nice , great display, just too slow for 2024.
