I had this computer for about a month. It’s easy to use and it has great speed. I like the small screen size and the fact that it is a two for one.

I recently purchased a laptop, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The setup was quick and hassle-free, and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. All the apps and programs I downloaded ran smoothly without any issues. It’s been a great experience overall!

Weight of device, speedy response time, and overall use easy for someone with limited mobility.

Got this laptop on sale for around $450 and It was defiantly worth it. Performance is good however i recommend upgrading the ram to 16GB like I did because it tends to studder with the 8GB included. Build quality is also really nice, its made out of metal witch I like as ive had issues with plastic laptops before most of them being the laptop slowly starts to bend. Overall this is a good laptop for pretty much any task even some light gaming, also I think the color looks really nice

love my new Dell! I love the touch screen and ease of accessing my apps.

This is my second Dell, my first being well over five years old and still working fine but the small ssd drive was full to the top lol. This one has a much larger ssd drive and is also much faster. It also runs some older software without a problem. I'm very happy with Dell laptops.

I purchased this while it was on sale for my mother birthday present (she hasn't had a new laptop for nearly 13 years now lol). This model is perfect for her and she doesnt ask me a million questions about using it so even better. The two in one works perfect as well as she usually uses it as a tablet for when she watches videos or movies

I am a Chromebook user, so Windows already is not my 1st choice but I needed something quick for schooling and opted for this at its sale price of $329. I have to say this was a decent buy! It was snappy at start-up, sleek in it's first impression, and overall did what I needed it to do. The specs are great, I can attest to that. I did return the device though. The more I use Windows the more I realize my disdain for it as I genuinely prefer Chromebook's given it's simple and effective interface but also because this thing is CLUNKY. I am often out and about and it added so much weight to my bag. I am all for less is more.. the size and weight of this thing was a huge deterrent for me and nearly a week later I was returning it. If that's not a big deal for you, then I recommend.

Issues connecting with phone and old computer. Thought I had all my photos and files uploaded but now I can't find them. Frustrated that I have have to start from the beginning. May be an issue with windows 11 and not the laptop. I am happy with over all performance of the laptop. I hace always like Dell.

Not a gamer or high tech but like the speed and features of this laptop. I like the size and light weight and the backlit keyboard.

This computer is running well; I like getting the updates from Dell. Speaking of Dell in the past Dell was so proprietary that you couldn't use aftermarket items on it. But that has changed, now I can use aftermarket equipment on this unit

It's a really good laptop, I can draw nicely with the large space. Watching shows are also very nice with the quality and playing light games.

Graphics are especially good. Such clear text and pictures. The laptop seems a bit heavy, but not too heavy, and Excel, Word, etc. work great. Because it is a laptop, it is easily portable in a way a PC is not. And Dell is such a reliable brand.

So far I love it! Amazing graphics and speed, very customizable, 2 in 1 works amazing! I use it as both laptop and as a desktop, hooked up to another monitor. The monitor is a Samsung gaming monitor and this laptop has crystal clear image compared.

light weight easy to use laptop good battery life pretty quick

Good product for the price. Small and lightweight, good for daily use. Only thing that used to bother me a little is the fan noise. But it is expected from such a small device.

The Dell laptop was easy to setup and transfer the data from my old laptop, it boots up super fast and is simple to use, windows 11 is better than windows 10 I had on my old Dell laptop and has many new features. If you want a laptop that's fast simple to use gets it done don't be afraid to get this one.

So far this laptop is decent. I went from a MacBook Air to this new Dell and I like the Dell better. It is very small which I like. I use it for personal only and not on a daily basis so it is perfect for my needs. I would recommend.

I purchased it for taking online classes, and its been perfect for that so far. Easy to travel with, decent battery life and power to do all the basic things without delay. I love it so far!

it gets really hot and the fan is super loud, but it does it’s job!
