    Bought this lappy to be able to work remotely away from home... chose this as it was the cheapest one available at my local store...it is serving its purpose, only issue which I had not considered at time of purchase, is that the KB does not light up....I have issues identifying the FN keys....

    My wife bought this laptop to replace her Thinkpad that would not update to Windows 11. She thinks that it is flimsier than her Thinkpad but that it works well considering how bad Windows 11 is.

    The product is just okay for the price. Associates are extremely difficult to find for help. Waiting for one takes a long time. Last time we were told by Geek Squad to bring in the laptop and printer to install the printer, the associate was extremely rude. As it turns out the store won’t allow printers! Not our best encounter.
