Always had great luck with Dell products. Having to upgrade to Windows 11 there are things to learn but it is nice to have a touch screen.

Has done every3iv asked ofnit for work related stuff but can also stream with clear picture and play most games i play

Enjoying the laptop. Was upgrade from a Sony Vaio I got in maybe 2010? Loud fan, I had AC Infinity air management on my desktop, so laptop fan does not cycle as much as it does when “docked” -vs- being a laptop. Loud fan. Loud. Love 100% of everything else. What I needed it to be. My “PC” alongside my “MAC.” Both on home network, both access same files, and borh operate separate A/V Home Theater/Computer Systems. Fantastic Laptop. I love it.

Computer works great! Had to adjust to the keyboard because my last one didn’t have the number pad but the computer is fast and has been able to do everything I need it to.

Great laptop with lots of awesome features. I love there is a numbers pad to the right of the keyboard. The laptop is nice and slim and a great size for using at home. I love the speed of the laptop as well. Glad I made this choice

15.6 screen AMD 7 16 GB Memory 1tb ssd all for $500 ! Can't say enough about this computer. Got 8 years out of my last Dell computer, i'm sure this will last just as long.

Love my new laptop. It is able to do everything I need it to do. The only issue I have is that it sometimes shuts down and it's difficult to power it back up.

My mom bought this becaus eits was a good deal. Good little laptop for a good price. Its Dell so not wortied with performance.

I am about two month in and this machine has been awesome. I am a wedding professional so colors are super important to me. This screen is vivid and best of all accurate! It wonderful to actually see what I am going to get when ordering supplies! Thanks

Finally gave up on the big desktop computer and joined the carefree life of a laptop. This unit has all I'll need for fun and keeping in touch with the world. Plus was an excellent price. Did my homework and the in-store associate filled in some blanks for me. Also took advantage of the Geeksquad for handling data transfer and set up. Thankful to still have a brick and mortar to shop at.

Total crap. I have to do a hard a reset every time I need to turn it on and I've only had it 6 weeks. It overheats everytime it's left plugged into the charger for more than a few hours. I was sick and was 3 days after the 30 days from purchase when I tried to return and Best Buy wouldn't take it back so now I've spent literally hours on the phone with Dell support trying to get a fix. They have a million steps we must follow and observe before they will even consider the fact that they sent me a faulty system. Their latest answer, just don't plug it in unless you absolutely need to........worthless.

The Dell Inspiron 15 is an adequate laptop for my needs. I'm not sure that it's worth what I paid for it though, but today's market is overpriced for everything, so there's that. It's crisp images and quick responses are good. I notice that it seems to heat up fairly quickly, so a fan is helpful.
