I bought this for my college freshman son, and he's been happy with the system from the beginning. Although it has an i3 instead of an i5 or i7, the system can still handle several open apps at once with ease. The 6GB of RAM is more than enough to handle Windows 10, and multiple apps simultaneously. We both like that this laptop still has a CD/DVD ROM, and this comes in handy for some of classes The build quality is better than that of the comparable models from Asus, Lenovo, and HP. Dell has excellent customer service should I need some assistance which Geek Squad doesn't offer.

We purchased this laptop for our 13 year old daughter for school work and games. She loves it and we are happy with the purchase. Affordable amd works great.

Decent computer for money. Switched out factory drive for a solid state otherwise it slows down drastically after you have used it for awhile. Also the touchpad is a little un responsive it can be frustrating at times when your trying to do intricate work. I just use a wireless mouse when I need to. Good computer otherwise if your on a budget

I am not a major computer user. Primarily email and web surfing so price is the main consideration. This fits the bill for me. On minus is slow start up.

I am really liking the speed in which this laptop is running through the apps and Word documents I run. Sooooo much better than my old Toshiba Satellite.

We needed a good basic laptop for home and the associate at Best Buy was very helpful consulting with us as to which laptop would be a good value.

Very good PC for the money, at $300 was a very good deal. The first recommendation is to wipe the stock operating system and reinstall a clean windows 10 copy, you don´t need to buy windows again, the license information is stored in the UEFI and it´s automatically applied when you install windows.

Bought this for my 11 yr old daughter and so far it has worked very well indeed. Can’t beat the price and seems like a good deal.

For general email management (with MS Office 365) and other MS Office functions, this laptop performs well and is priced right

I was looking for the laptop under $300. I got this best laptop which meets all my requirements. This Laptop has latest series 7th Gen and good sound quality and feels solid. 6GB system memory and 1TB hard drive and also it had Built-in HD webcam which is great for the price in that getting most updated features. Overall Not bad at all.

Would have liked to go up a model or two, but for the price this seemed to be the best deal, for what I really needed.
