I would recommend this to someone who is looking for a computer that is for home use and doesn't have all the bells and whistles that a gamers computer has and needs. Why pay for things you won't use. I like this computer, but need to learn windows 10...takes some getting use to.

I bought this laptop for using my Cricut design space program. I love the price for this and my program runs fast and smoothly on this device

Laptop seems to have great specs. But it is unbelievably slow.booting up takes an eternity, then you have to wait forever for it to respond to any mouse clicks after you eventually log in. And it lags the whole time you are using. I literally only downloaded Microsoft word, besides that, its empty. Ive been using it to write stories and I can type several sentances and it takes a long time for it to catch up. I was drawn to it because of the 16TH storage, but its not worth it. Its a disaster.

Great laptop at a great price. It's not the most fancy laptop but it's fast, powerful and has tons of storage. Great for someone who just wants a laptop that works fast but isn't a gamer.

I needed a cheap laptop to run autocad. I went to Best Buy and told the guy what I needed and directed me to this. Forunately for me there was a floor demo on sale $311. I brought it home, loaded autocad and it works fine. I like the ability to connect to my wireless printer. With 1 TB of space, I never have to worry about running out of space. The speed to me is kind of lagging. Windows XP was always my favorite. Now with Windows 10 I feel that it is much slower. But, for the money I just got used to the slower speed. If you're looking for a cheap laptop, then this is the one.

No frills, for example, there is no light indicator that machine is on while sitting on desk. Is not touch screen capable. Connection to internet is very fast. I am getting accustomed to sensitive touch pad, cursor movements very jumpy at first. resolution of monitor screen is excellent.

If you want a lightning fast computer for a great, cheep price, then this is what you want. 8 GB memory, 1 TB Hard Drive & Intel i3 Core Processor. Windows 10 preloaded and setup was fast and a voice helps you step by step. Also, McAfee free for 1 year.

Bought this laptop for my neice. She needed one for school work and this laptop was the one she liked. Easy to use and set up. Not the most powerful, but a great laptop for the price.

The laptop purchase was necessary but unexpected. My high schooler needed to have a reliable computer to complete assignments. It has met and exceeded my expectations in durability, easy to manage, and amount of memory. This was definitely a............... BEST BUY

The price was good and the sales person was very helpful. Have had problems with it freezing up for short periods of time.

I was very displeased with this computer due to Dells horrible customers service. Less then 6 months I encountered an issue and have been dealing with them for over the warranty to get fixed. Only used computer for 4 months on and off.

Nothing really wrong with the laptop. I have bought three actually. It only has and i3 but this works just fine if you are just surfing, email and MS Office. The case is well designed. No so hot about the installed McAfee as it wants to register itself before you uninstall it.

So far works great, no complaints. Never had a Dell before but the price was good so decided to try and am happy with it.

Bought this to replace a Lenovo that failed in less than a year, but that is another story. Just using for one task 24/7. The salesman recommended this one as more reliable than the previous one and at a reasonable price point for this simple task. It is working fine so far, but I still hate W10.

The best one I've purchased, it was cheaper than the other ones I've got in the past. With 8 gb of ram and 1 TB of storage, I decided to give it a try. After using it for 3 weeks, installing a lot of my manuals from various machines in the field, and the ease of pulling the manuals up, I gave it a 5 star. It's definitely one of the best buy' s on a laptop.

its a good computer for the price, better than some HP a bought previously and returned. its not even close to my desk top at home but it work when you are on the go, i use it for some lite picture editing.

I always believe Best Buy have best deals. Dell Inspiron laptop that I purchased recently was one the best deals in recent times I saw. Product was good in terms of appearance, weight and most importantly performance. I have no issues with this product so far.

Sales staff and Geek squad did a great job in finding just what I needed and with the setup. The PC that I bought is a great home computer. It has more than enough storage memory and RAM for my needs. It is much faster than my old one. The Geek Squad was a great help in setting it up, transferring may files and installing new programs. They also cleaned up my old computer and fixed sedveral problems.
