So far so good. I liked the computer. I am using it for my small business so I did not need a lot. It gets the job done with answering emails, good searches and website management. I would recommended this if you just need something to access the internet.

Very happy with the graphics, performance. Only used for personal stuff since I am lazy to be typing on the cell phone. Disappointed with the future release of Windows 11 and will have to pay to upgrade. Could have waited a little longer.

Very nice laptop for daily use. I definitely recommend to anyone who needs a new affordable laptop as we got ours on sale. Also Victor in the customer service call team was so helpful. Dell is a great brand and quality for sure!

I’m a nursing student and my computer is my absolute LIFELINE. I have purchased several HP computers that don’t make it a whole year. I’ve had a Dell before and it was very compatible, competent, easy to use as well as met my needs. As a nursing student my computer is used for an abundance of papers, exams and the list goes. I believe I made the best choice by returning to Dell as it has everything I need for me to be successful in my program as well as using it for personal reasons. Dell is the place to be!!!

This laptop is perfect for our needs. Just needed something simple we could quickly turn on to look up information or stream a movie. Its fast and totally worth the money spent.

Fast and reliable for what I use this laptop for. Plenty of storage. Good size to make it easier to take with me anywhere I go.

So far so good. The applications run fast and so does the internet browser. Really happy with this light weight slim lap top. The battery last a long time as well.

The computer was ordered online, and arrived as predicted, software was installed without effort and have been using the computer daily since purchased.

Nice laptop. Does everything i need and more. Clear screen. Wish the speakers were a bit louder, but I am not young, and don't hear as well as I used to. Nice price as well..

This is a very decent laptop for the price. I am a bit disappointed in the display, but I am used to a mac. This unit runs great and is a good option for a backup system.

Perfect size, great for browsing and doing some studying on. Will last me about 4-5 years and an amazing price point. Not bulky at all

Nice laptop. Fast. Provides clear streaming video services (Netflix, Disney.....) and Zoom meetings never have problems.

We bought this as an online training station in our office for new employees. It did all that we needed and did it well.

This laptop ran well for 1 month & then started dying on us. Finally after 6 weeks it refused to take a charge. Back to Geek squad (I bought the warranty) who sent it to Dell for 2 weeks to fix that dc plug in. However it came back “fixed” and still wouldn’t charge the same day we picked it up. I was super frustrated and we ended up exchanging it & paying for a better one. Still very disappointed that Geek Squad said it was fixed & it wasn’t.

Excellent product and great price. Sales person was very knowledgeable which is the reason we went with this product.

I am very happy with my new laptop It is a bit different from my last Dell Inspiron so I am adjusting to the keyboard
