So, the mousepad took a little getting used to. Otherwise, the laptop does everything I need and want it for - so happy with the purchase

Will need to bring it ti the Geek Squad for some minor adjustments on the keyboard, but having positive dealing in the past I know all will be fixed.

I wasn't even running a heavy program, just web browsing with no videos. Also it overheats VERY quickly and the warmth can be felt when sitting back in your chair. I expect this functionality from a 4 year old laptop, not a new product. Save your money. Wish I hadn't missed the return window.
