Not the best choice
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this still because I really only needed a computer to use excel and Microsoft word I wanted something basic didn't need to spend a lot of money. I don't know if I just got a bad one or something but it literally did not work it was beyond slow and told me I needed to update the software 3 times. I finally updated it but it took 18 hours to get finished once I restarted the computer it still was so slow. Do not recommend. I ended up with the Lovaro Yoga Laptop and it was amazing !!!

Faulty laptop, poor customer service

So I tried to exchange it, twice, but the Geek Squad told me it had viruses on it and they couldn't take it back. However, they offered to clear the viruses so I could return it for a mere $150. How nice of them! Feeling adventurous, I went home, right-clicked on the "virus" and uninstalled it myself. I must be a computer genius! At this point, I felt like I wanted nothing to do with Best Buy anymore, so I returned it (instead of just exchanging it for one with an operable CD/DVD drive like I had planned). I now type this review from this same model laptop that I bought at MicroCenter and it works great. In summary, laptop good, Best Buy awful.
