Lots of storage. No touch screen but not an issue, don't really use that feature on other laptop. Good screen size - easy to see everything.

I was disappointed in the process that I bought this laptop. There was no mention of the model number, 3000 series, I was not looking for that. This computer is slow and I wanted a faster machine. Don't get me wrong it is a good basic computer, but not what I wanted. This review is more against BestBuy and not the computer.

Thanks for your review and we're happy that your new computer is meeting your needs for the most part. If you'd like to see if there are tasks that your computer can perform faster we'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.

Little slow

I also purchase a laptop with full SSD storage and it is much faster. I assume the hard drive is what’s slowing this one down. Overall satisfied with my purchase. It’s a larger, bulkier laptop, but it’s for my grandma and she enjoys a bigger screen.

Terribly slow without SSD

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I opted for this model with a 1TB HDD instead of a slightly different setup with a 256G SSD instead because I was ready to trade a little bit of speed for the larger internal storage, but I found the computer unusably slow; it would take forever to boot, opening any program, no matter how small, would take over a dozen seconds, and they would frequently freeze for extended time. Even compared to my previous $300 laptop it fared very poorly, and no tweaking of the operating system (removing and special effects, etc.) helped anything. After reading of similar issues with that model I tried the recommendation of installing a SSD along with the HDD and moving the OS there and it's really night and day, the computer is now super responsive and a thrill to use. I would have rated it five stars without hesitation if it had come this way. Save yourself the tweaking hassle and the probably warranty waiving by opening the guts of your laptop and rather buy the SSD config instead (and then add an extra HDD if you really need it). This HDD-only configuration just shouldn't be sold. After adding the SSD I'm satisfied of the laptop, but had I known I'd have taken the easy road and saved some months of hassle.

Great technology and love the i7 10th gen! Easily upgradable to 16gb ram with the open slot. Just pop off the back and it’s right there! 8 gb Ram available on line for 32$
