I enjoy my laptop,it has all the features you need. Great speed,memory,size,color,access to apps. I can check my email,play spades,shop, browse the web,watch DYI videos. Great buy!

This laptop was priced around half the cost of most others available, but it still supports Office 365 and has Internet connectability. If all you want to use a laptop for is basic computing, why invest in an expensive one with options you don't need!

I recently bought this laptop for my son and he’s enjoying it so far no problems.

Was happy about getting new computer and opened it start working on it and realized it was damaged not a happy customer :(

Wife and I needed a laptop to access certain websites for work and didn't want to pay a arm and a leg. this laptop gets the job done. not the fastest in the world but still pretty good. the only problem we have had and its small problem is that the start up when turning on is really slow. other than that a great product for the price.

The previous laptop suddenly quit connecting via wireless to the internet. The IT student in the family recommended this Dell as an excellent replacement. Easy to set up, no issues to date. My last Inspiron by Dell was a model provided at work. It worked well for YEARS before it had to be upgraded. Like the Dell for reliability.

This machine is not for gaming, but I can watch videos, run social media, pay bills and scour the internet. I am pleased with this purchase and to price was an overwhelming deal!

Solid laptop for the money and relatively easy to use.

This laptop has the basics I would want for a college student. We have a family subscription to Office 365 and I would presume he can get access to other apps he needs at school. Probably not a gaming computer - which is fine. I am not paying for my kid to play computer games at college!

For the price, this is not a bad laptop. It would have been better if it had a SSD as a Hard drive rather that the 500GB 5400rpm mSATA HD. Also, it would have been better if the RAM was 16GB rather than 4GB. Finally, it would have been better if it has a Gigabit network port, which it doesn't. Everything else, is OK.

Did not realize they do not come with a CD player anymore.

This cumputer is ok for starting out. Is good for web browsing and writing papers for school. I had to return because I really need a computer for work ( need several programs open at the same time.) also, this one has a hard drive which seems to be becoming obsolete. Only recommend to students.

I bought the laptop to use at meetings for taking minutes. I also bought it to create the agenda and treasurer reports. So far it works fine and meets those needs. It was worth what I paid for it. I will definitely get my money’s worth out of it.

If you use this laptop out of the box, it is full of "bloatware" and runs rather slow. I formatted the hard drive and installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 and now it runs well. Don't get me wrong, it is a budget PC, so don't expect it to run high end programs, but for surfing the web, emails it works great! I also am using DOSBOX on it to run retro PC games as well as emulating retro consoles and it does that very well.

Good all-around computer for the price. I read some complaints about the page loading speed but with a decent Wi-Fi connection mine loads pages as fast as I can click. Good sound quality from built-in speakers & a bright clear picture produced by the screen makes streaming video enjoyable. If u have problems with the speed adjust the performance/battery saver option. Factory setting is set to 50 PERCENT performance

I purchased this for my wife to replace an old heavy laptop that was failing. She is a basic computer user, email, internet and occasionally a text document. It has worked out nicely for her.

This laptop is good if you want the basics done such as web browsing and ms word. However, gaming, video editing, photoshop & etc is not great at handling it.

Bought to replace my much older laptop and got it home started to set it up and found it didn’t have a cd/dvd drive a must have for me. So had to return it.
