Disappointing Results

Computer is very disappointing despite the high rating. It extremely slow, takes about 2 minutes just to open a web browser. My 10 year old computer is somehow faster than this. I don't really understand how a new computer can be this slow. From the first time I turned this thing on, it has been slow in every area. Opens programs slowly, updates slowly, even signing in is a slow process waiting for screens to load. Extremely disappointed, and would never recommend to anyone.
