This laptop is super quick, has a backlit keyboard, a 1080HD screen, is 2 in 1, and has a SSD. It checks off most marks on anyones list. The only thing I would want differently is a 10 key pad on the keyboard, but that's just not possible on a 13" laptop. This is THE best 2 in 1 in the price range. Do your comparisons and check it out in the store. You won't regret it.

I started college about a few months ago and I had a super small 2 in 1 laptop and I just couldn't handle it anymore. This laptop is my holy grail. It's the perfect size, the light up keyboard and touchscreen are perfect and I'm so amazed by how good this laptop works!

I'm currently in college and I needed a laptop that wasn't overpriced or too heavy and this fit the bill. It is great for doing school work and studying for long hours without draining the battery, but continuous video playing may drain it a little faster. The touch screen and rotating hinge were a bonus that increases the versatility of it.

I bought this laptop for basic web surfing, social media and research. It has been great so far and it boots-up literally in just seconds. Speed is great, even with multiple tabs open and I now know for sure that all of my future computer purchases will be those that have a solid-state drive. Makes a tremendous difference in speed! Love the touch screen and the backlit keyboard. It is very lightweight and very easy to carry around. I also like being able to use the port for my camera memory card and the color/resolution is excellent. The processor is not the most up-to-date available, but overall this is a great, versatile laptop that I would highly recommend. It does absolutely everything that I need it to do and then some.

This laptop is NOT a gaming laptop, so I didn't go in with any expectations along those lines. However, for my purposes - word processing, streaming online radio, MS Office, and occasionally browsing the web or watching Netflix - it's excellent. It's also very lightweight, and the touch screen works well (when I use it, which is rarely). My only complaints are small: the battery cord is rather short (I'm sure I could fix this with something after-market); two of the USB ports seem to be for the newer, faster USB connections and don't work with my older thumb drives or mouse (there's one that does); and the touch-pad isn't great, since the left- and right-click functions are part of the touch-pad itself (meaning you can't put one finger on the left-click button and one on the touch pad; it confuses the computer). If those aren't deal breakers, and you're NOT looking for a gaming rig, I'd recommend this to anyone.

While my new Laptop gave me three out of the four things I most wanted to have, like light weight & smaller for ease when traveling, a detachable touch screen, and adequate power for downloading apps and playing games. The advancement arrow is rather small, but doable once you get the hang of it. I like it!

I am generally happy for this purchase. It's rather speedy It comes with 8GB RAM to boot It comes with 128GB flash HDD, but you can easily to upgrade to higher. Replaced an older model Dell computer. The size, weight, speed, and capacity are perfect for my use. I use a laptop for all of our banking, email, and volunteer organizations. The touch screen is a new feature that adds convenience. I happened to ask if any open box laptops were available and the sales associate was able to help! Very knowledgeable sales staff helped facilitate the purchase. Tech staff removed all old information (from the old laptop) and make the information available for the new laptop. The entire process and the new laptop is perfect.

I bought this for $599 but I really found out I needed more storage space. Was looking into paying to upgrade the drive. Then say BB had for the same price a DELL 2 in 1 but an I5 with 256gb ssd. So I turned in the this model for it. Then a few weeks latter the I5 I traded for went up to $799. Cool. The overall it is a great laptop lite enough but powerful enough to work on the videos and picks I download from my drones.

I was looking for a lightweight,13 inch touchscreen laptop with SSD for faster boot up time, and an i3 processor for a longer battery life compared to i5 or i7. This laptop fits my requirements perfectly. I can take this laptop to work and not worry about running out of batter all day. I have not tried video editing on this but it has enough power for photo editing and running multiple applications simultaneously.

So I managed to get this thing for $400. I got an open box version of it to save some money and it looked brand new when I got it. For $400 I got an i3 6100u, 8gb of memory and a 128gb m.2 ssd (which I think is up gradable). For my use case of mainly internet surfing and school work, these specs are perfect. However, dont expect to be doing much gaming as it does not have a dedicated GPU. The 13.3 inch 1080p IPS display is pretty good for the average person too. It is glossy though so fingerprints get annoying. The top and bottom of the 2 in 1 are black, and are rubbery. I like it. The rest of the body is plastic though, but it is still built very well. It isnt the lightest 13 inch but I wouldnt say it is heavy. The back lit keyboard feels good to type on, keys are sturdy. The trackpad is alright but not the greatest. Speakers are on the bottom which kinda stinks, but it makes sense for when you are using it as a tablet, and they sound good enough too. Battery life seems to be good too, I have been using it for a few days now and only needed to recharge once so far. I havent really had any issues with it, just a few minor quirks going back and forth between laptop and tablet mode, but those are windows fault not dells. A USB type C port would have been nice but for the price I paid for this machine, it is excellent. Highly recommended.

I was on a working vacation when my company laptop (I7 Surface Book) died on me. I needed something that would keep me working when I needed to and wouldn't break the bank in the process. I was concerned that dropping to an I3 from an I7 and going from 512G to 128G was going to be a problem. But this laptop has been great!!!! It only took me a few hours to set up and it's so convenient to use. Now that I have my company laptop back, I think I might give this computer to my son. But it definitely won't be a "hand me down' This is really a great laptop for the price, just don't expect it to be an awesome gaming machine or graphic artist's delight. For email, spreadsheets, word documents, web surfing and even VPN work this is definitely a great buy. Of course you can expand the SSD in this laptop later if you find yourself running out of room.

This computer is great. It is so fast, great size, and it's so functional with its touchscreen display (which also flips all the way around). The battery life is also great and I can get a bunch of work done.

Love this laptop. Very light, easy to carry to class. Fits nicely in favorite Vera Bradley backpacks. Great battery life, touchscreen is very convenient, extremely fast. No issues updating to Windows 10

As a college student, this is the perfect size and weight to carry around all day. I can use it as a laptop or a tablet. It is fast and has a good battery life.

so far, it keeps a long battery charge, is user friendly and has all the do-dads we needed. It's performance is price-appropriate and it looks and feels reliable. External DVD player works just fine with it. Touch screens annoy me, but this one no more than others.

Fast touch screen great. The keyboard lights up. Easy to use and good battery life nice size and very thin. Easy to set up and finds wifi easily.

Best laptop I have ever owned. Build quality feels solid. Boots right up because of the solid state drive. Touchscreen is a plus but interface in "tablet mode" can be a little wonky.
