Solid processor, 8gb of non-soldered memory that can be upgraded in the future, solid state storage that also can be upgraded in the future. This is a great future proof unit with solid construction and decent battery life.

Was looking for a light, compact laptop with a high quality display for my daughter at college. Very nimble machine that met our requirements at a reasonable price point.

I have had this laptop for a little over a week and am extremely pleased with it's performance so far. (I initially purchased a Geek Squad certified version of this item, but exchanged it for a new one because of issues with the audio on the first purchase.) This computer is fast and the perfect size for both home use and for travel. I would agree with one previous review that the power switch is in an odd locatIon (on the right side at the front) where it is easy to accidentally turn it off, but that's not a deal-breaker in my opinion. I hope to buy, a second one for my husband!

Bought for my high school senior. She loves it. It works well and does everything her pro did. The color on it is not great

I had a Dell before but it was slow and old. So happy to have my new Dell. Lots of upgrades, speed, back light keys and a great buy!

This laptop is great! I used it for homework, video editing, emails, work, and more. The battery life is great and I really enjoy the touch screen and touch pad. The speakers are a little quieter than I would have liked, but it is not a huge issue. Excellent number of ports.

cost was a big factor in my decision to purchase this lap top plus its light weight and I already had one of these and liked it.

Nice compact light unit. Have to be careful with touch screen, touchy. If cd drive needed, have to buy extra device.

After many years on simple basic laptops and a premium Chromebook recently, I decided to consolidate into one system. I've used Windows 10 before so that was a painless transition. The laptop is more than enough to get what I need done with no fuss. Build quality is top notch, love the cool touch metal construction, it's heavier than most would like but I love the weight; makes it feel more premium. The display is nice and rich; 1080p is the absoulte minimum I'll accept on my laptops after coming from my Acer Chromebook 15. Touchscreen, 360 degree hinge and Windows Hello make it even better. Another aspect I really like that may get overlooked is when it closed shut it stays closed with its strong magnets, takes some force but not a lot.

I bought this laptop to my mother, and she liked a lot. It is fast, light and does the job.

Works as promised. Play like a tablet or be serious working laptop. Great speed. No issues.

Bought this for our elementary school aged child. Very nice as a first computer and not to bad on the wallet.

It run everything that I need it to at a reasonable speed. It run old and new program. I taking online course and I have no problem with it. I only got a 128G SSD Drive. I now wish that I would have got at lest a 256 or larger SSD Drive.

My granddaughter loves the gift. It is ideal for college students
