So far so good on this product. I have had very bad luck with HPs lately so am going back to Dell which has never let me down. This computer was a little expensive for the included components but expect it to be used for many years. Arrived on time, thanks best buy.

A bit heavier than some but feels more sturdy. little rubber stoppers keep the keyboard from imprinting on the monitor. Not really equipped for gaming but runs office programs. My wife uses it for ms office, basic Photoshop, etc. And has noted no problems.

Glad I purchased this. For the price you really get some great specs and the quality is good. All metal and feels sturdy. Some say a bit heavy at 3.5 lbs which it does feel a tad heavy, but everything else about this laptop is a home run

Thus far, it's working the way it should. I normally won't buy Dell products because of a terrible experience with a desktop, but this time it was the only thing they had that fit my needs, so I bought it. So far, so good. Let's hope it stays that way.

This is a great laptop for my daughter to bring to school. Super light and very fast. Solid state drive makes it very fast and light, eliminating need for a fan. Thin design makes it easy for her to carry to school. She loves it.

Set up was easy and fast. The touch screen I work great. I have been in IT for 50 years and would highly recommend this as a good machine for home use. Office 365 came with it and was easy to set up. The processor spped is super.

It's a good buy for $600. I am mentioning only the cons here. Cons Very poor speaker at times, causes scratchy noise while playing videos. It gets struck with Google chrome and it is recommending us to go with Edge which was too bad.

I got this item as a open box item. The laptop looks and acts like a brand new laptop, but at a fraction of the cost. Only think bad about SSD, have an external hard drive or a big USB thumb drive. Very happy with my purchase.

I got this laptop as a gift for my girlfriend. She is not tech savvy or anything. But she loves this laptop. She loved the flexibility and is always showing off that this can turn into a tablet easy! Highly recommend it!

This is perfect for what we use it for (word processing, web apps), but I noted today that the processor struggles with online trainings with video components. I tried a handful of browsers and all of them froze up when processing.

Love it! Works well, keyboard learns how I type, fast navigation with multiple windows open. Perfect tool for creating the papers and research I'm doing for grad school.

This 13.5" laptop is amazing. Instant start up with its "solid state" memory and fast processor. The monitor is 1080 and offers fantastic imagery. Also, the "two in one" feature with this size laptop is a welcome addition.

This laptop is the perfect size for taking to and from work. We love the tablet feature and touchscreen capabilities. We will be purchasing another one for our kids.

very happy with this product. sales person helped us a lot. only disappointment , we purchased this computer on a Thursday and that Sunday's ad had same product with 15" screen for $50 less than I paid. Not a Happy camper

This is a good laptop, however: 1. Can't boot with the lid closed when attached to USB. Dell says it was "designed this way". Not good. 2. Storage a bit skimpy and I have to have external storage to make up the difference.

got this laptop right after christmas when there was a good sale for this item....been using this laptop for a month now - boots very quickly and is quite fast...my only issue is that the battery has been lasting for 5 hours only

I purchased this online from the open box category. I saved a lot on doing so. The item is just as described. I'm very happy with my purchase, and the price that I got it for cannot be beaten by any other store.

The laptop has some nice hardware specs, but it looks like the screen shakes a little when you type on the keyboard. I rarely use the tablet mode, because the laptop is so heavy, it just doesn't feel like a tablet when folded.

Have been saving for a new TV for a year. I am thrilled with the SONY I purchased. The Geek Squad set up the TV and connected my components as well as offered recommendations for improvement of my system

The computer works very well and is lightweight. I also was concerned about how hot it runs and it' fine. My only complaint is that it seems overly sensitive in the touchpad, but I probably can change that.
