This computer works really well. It turns on pretty quick and loads quick. Touchscreen is a plus. It has lit keyboard. Battery last a long time. It's a pretty good computer. I like how it is 13.3 inches which is a good size to bring to school and light enough to carry. Computer does not get hot. The only con about this computer is that the touchpad is too sensitive.

Great computer for the price....the features are easy to use and the solid state storage is efficient...windows 10 works great and it was easy to load more software as needed

At 13 inches is too big for tablet use but even so the touchscreen is very handy on normal use. Well built, thin and lightweight for its size. Very pleased with purchase

We had to buy this laptop because our Lenovo ideapad is falling apart before becoming obsolete. We should have stuck with Dell. The laptop is very light yet solidly built, and I enjoy the touchscreen. We mostly don't use the tablet mode. I don't notice any difference in performance from our old laptop while browsing and using home Office, despite having a slower processor. The boot time is very fast with the solid state drive.

Fast and does everything I want. Battery life is slightly below 9 hours advertised. I get @8 hours with normal use. Would buy again.

User friendly. Great speed. Comfortable size and I love the 2 & 1. There is not a case that fits this laptop not even through Dell.

One of the best light weight and affordable notebook. A must to get the Dell Active Stylus if you like to scribble notes and draw diagrams. Great for school.

Good specs. The material seems to be good, and overall well constructed. The weight is not too heavy. Definitely good enough for light mobility office use.

I spent a LOT of time in the store comparing features/prices, and ultimately bought this for my daughter as a mathematics/science Junior at a University. Shame on me, but I didn't read the negative reviews until I got home, which is to say they have been on our radar to be watching out for. Fortunately, having checked in with her multiple times (nearing three month mark) -- and knock on wood, NONE of the issues reported by others have been present in hers (and she uses multimedia a lot, too), as it's been working GREAT for her in every way! -- Happy Daugther, Happy Dad
