This laptop is a decent buy. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it has enough for office work. Has the new processor which works well. We really liked how it turns from laptop to tablet. Also the new phot share software that comes with it is great. So far so good.

Performs well, hard drive grinds a good bit though. And pre-loaded anti-virus keeps sending reminders to renew, notices to update drivers, etc. it is confusing to me as only moderately technical. It would be helpful to get instructions on how to deal with these...

Computer is sleak and fairly light. However having not use Windows 10 before it is quite confusing. Screen has good graphics but downloading is also difficult. Overall a good purchase so far.

This computer is all a college student ever wants and needs. Folds in 2 so you can make it a tablet, which is great for taking notes! It's fast and can support multiple windows, tabs, and programs at once without problem. I love it

Just bought this for my daughter to start her college education with. She is so pleased with how fast the processer is and the grafics are! Which is important when your are taking new media! Overall this was a great purchase!

I love the computer so far! the solid state drive core i7 powers this laptop into the rankings of best running computers i've ever had. the screen resolution is the definition of clarity. I would buy this laptop twice.

Both of my twin daughters were looking for new laptops before going off to college. They both selected the Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 and have been using them for a few weeks before they ship out. Both love the laptops.

The i7 chipset is fast and powerful. This laptop/tablet pc is lightweight and has plenty of ports for legacy and new technologies. It is my wife's second tablet pc and she absolutely loves the size and features.

My daughter purchased this computer for college and has been very pleased with it. The biggest contender is the price. Hoping this computer will get her through 4+years of college for the price.

I like the screen and keyboard size. I chose this with wanting an i7 core preferred. I don't use a number pad so I am happy without that. Great for games, word processing, email, all daily needs.

I bought this PC because I wanted a lighter PC. I had a surface and really liked it but that system is almost impossible to repair. I buy dell because of the customer service that they provide.

It's good I would say nice. Only thing I observed it took almost 3 hours to update windows and battery is only 5hrs. I would say battery life should be more. Other than that it's nice laptop.

Laptop is super fast! But sometimes the keys stick and the microphone on the webcam never works but it is good other than that

Pros: Easy to take notes on, picks up wi-fi well, good battery life, easy to use Cons: A little heavy, need Windows ink pen to use sketch feature and pen is expensive ($70)

It is a very good calculator that is required for his honors geometry class. My daughter had one too and it was good for her throughout high school in her honors math classes.

I am familiar with Dell products and have been very satisfied with them. This was for my wife's school and home use. It is doing what we expected and provides other services.

Laptop works good but charger was giving trouble. Geek squad couldn’t fix it under warranty. Took it back for more than two weeks but came back unfixed. Best Buy sales agent did offer a replacement but while approving one of the manager charged $200 extra and was not polite. I stoped going to BB for about 2 years. New one has the same charging issue. I got a usb-c charger to take care of it.

Purchased this for my son going to college then it could not be delivered on time.my store manager was excellent and made me comparable deal on the 15.3" really a nice laptop
