This is my 4th Dell purchase for my office. I love Dell computers because they have far less junk on them then hp does all the time. i can count on best buy having a better price instead of going on line I prefer to pick up in the store .

A good value for the price compared to other similar featured Dells.

We bought this computer for my college daughter. It's got all the programs she needs plus some. She really enjoys the "ink" program. I feel like the best thing about it is the protection. Don't buy any computer with out it.

I absolutely love this Dell laptop! My husband and I went shopping fully intending to buy another laptop manufactured by a competitor and decided this was the best deal and easiest to use for my needs. We were right!

Keyboard is easy to read and use. Compact size is great. Running Windows 10 and everything seems to be working smoothly. No problems to date, but I am really glad I used the Geek Squad to set up everything.

Solid Dell, way better quality than any HP in the same price range. Screen responsibe, a little thick though, but at least it doesn't feel flimsy. Sound is crappy though

I have had two Dell laptops that have lasted about 10 years each with heavy use. This is my third and my favorite one yet. I especially love the lighted key board so I can type in the dark.

This has been the best laptop I have bought in years. Very smooth operations, and great color, and the different ways to use it keep it from over heating while I have it in my bed

I bought the Inspiron series from Dell for myself and my daughter. We are both college students and it has been perfect for our classes. I’m an online student and she’s a traditional student.

This Dell laptop has done everything I needed it to do. Pricier than other competitor's models, nonetheless a very good laptop. Definitely worth the price.

I bought this for my mother. Processing power is totally adequate for the casual user and the battery life is great. I use it on occasion essentially as a really big tablet and it's terribly handy.

A great computer but had to turn touch pad off. Even with sensitivity turned down curser would jump on the page and my work would be deleted. Could not get hands far enough from pad for it to stop.

Definitely a good purchase. I like the light weight and slim design of the Dell. It is comparable to my company issued Dell I use everyday for work. Being solid state, the speed is good. Also used the services of the Geek squad to set it up.
