This laptop has amazingly good build quality, and is very easy to use. The screen is great, both as an HD screen and as a touchscreen. It is larger than any ipad and gives a great touch experience. I expected it to be a bit bulky, but the laptop has an evenly distributed weight and balances well despite its size. The tablet experience is great.

My last lap top was an HP. I heard good things about Dell and decided to switch when my HP burned out in less than 3 years. I am a little over a year with it and totally happy with it. It's super fast and I love the option of touch screen.I would buy it again.

I really like this laptop. The screen size is perfect, and it's light weight. The backlit keyboard is a plus. I bought a wireless mouse because I find it faster than using the built-in mouse pad. I'm happy it was on sale when I bought it because I was only looking to spend around $600 for a laptop.

I am using this for University. It has a beautiful screen display with bright and vivid colors. And as this screen size may add a bit of weight, I find it a good trade off to have a larger picture as this is my main computer. Also the speed, memory, and controls make doing school and home business operations easy.

I was looking to upgrade from my old desktop and found a deal on this laptop. I decided on this laptop due to the larger SSD drive, I5 Gen 8 and 12 GB memory. Bonuses were the touchscreen and tablet mode. The laptop has been extremely fast and I am very happy with it.

I purchased the Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - Silver because I liked the Ergonomics, portability, performance, display, weight easy when I travel, and it was price right. I love it!

As a student, a lightweight computer is really important, but I also do a lot of multitasking. This model is easy to carry around with a good size and quality display, and I've had no issues with running multiple programs at once (Excel, multiple browser tabs, Netflix, Word all open at once). Also, this is my first 2-in-1 and I didn't think I would use the tablet mode, but I find that I love it. The only thing I miss from my old laptop is the number pad. Would definitely recommend for everyday school/work use.

I bought this for my daughter who is going to college. She loves it. She especially appreciates the super responsive touch screen and speed of the solid state drive. Although not the most powerful, it is perfect for a student using it for Office applications.

I purchased this 2-in-1 laptop open box at my local BestBuy at a significantly reduced price. That reduced price was just about the same as a brand new 2-in-1 computer with nearly identical specs that was advertised at my local Warehouse retailer which also included a Touch Pen. But, the other retailer was out of stock for the comparable computer. (I needed the computer the same day as I was preparing for travel the next day.) In terms of the computer, it is pretty nice with decent performance and good features. However, I feel it was priced too high compared to other brands at other stores for the same features.

Everything is fine in this laptop , is beautiful, fast, good quality, nice design, but for my case i need a better battery life, almost 4h, near , and with Bluetooth off and the keyboard light off , just the app for study, just take note of that when u buy it

I love my new Dell. I am glad I choose the larger screen. I bought the stylus pen at the same time. It is fun to use, but I don't always utilize it since I don't always tote it along with me, even in my house. I forget I have It, but I'm grad I have it. So for the price, you may not miss it. However, I use the touch screen all the time. I love the lighted keyboard, which is my favorite spec. The flip screen is new for me and I love this feature as well. Overall, the quality is awesome and so far it is living up to my expectations.

This is a great laptop and I would really recommend it for anybody. It is very easy to use and is very fast. I use it all the time for school and it is very helpful. You have a lot of battery life so you can enjoy it on the go.

Had decided on an all in one, that it would be so much like we had, no getting used to etc. I didn't even take it out of the car, realized we didn't need to take up so much space on the desk, and made the change next day. Not much to get used to, so easy to use. I bought a device that would allow us to use the old monitor too, but don't need that either. After enlarging the print this is perfect and so much clearer than the old monitor! The Geek squad put all of our "stuff" in here and we are all set for another 15 yrs! (the age of the one we replaced) I did also buy a wireless keyboard and mouse, it fits in the desk and is how we are comfortable typing. I wouldn't bother taking them when we travel though, we'll just type a little more carefully.

Very fast computer for office work and casual editing, plus great functionality 2-1 to review content. It never got slow, even if it had a lot of input content, the ports are just and necessary and give many options (transfer data very fast). the screen is very very nice and sharp, glass style. I was able to use games like CS: GO and Mediaval total war2 without problems of fps. Things to recommend ... More memory, the 256gb may be few, but then you can add more capacity with external memories or the same ineternal. After a month I have 70GB available. The battery lasts just, no more, no less, it's about 6-7 hours average. Finally, the screen could be brighter, in sunny days a bit more brightness would be needed. Greetings.

I love the lightweight, convertible, touch screen and the use of the pen. I love all these features for work and my own personal use. If I need a laptop for a meeting or covert it to a tablet when I have done time.

I bought this computer on a great sale and it's absolutely perfect for the work that I need it for. I've been pleased with the graphics and the security on it. The process of getting this computer was very tiring though, I placed an order while I was in store and promised a maximum week long shipping before it reached the store, only for it to be held up in the process. Two weeks in and I was still using a borrowed computer for all my work, and decided to ask some questions back in the Best Buy store, but got no answers other than the computer didn't get to me in a month they would cancel it. Now that the computer is here, it's a great product, performing well, and was a good price. The communication given to be by the store and the service I received while there left much to be desired.

Love the size and weight of this computer. It seems to be able to do anything that I want it to do. Love the touchscreen. I haven't owned it too long so we will see if it continues to impress me.

Everything works great so far. The touchscreen is nice with beautiful screen display.The only downfall is that the processor doesnt run like an i5. My older i3 seems like it processes better. Still a great computer for the price.

Laptop has more power than needed for streaming media, email, data sheet inputs and even hooking up to a TV via HDMI. Has no hick ups, and the SSD drive helps this start up very quick and run smooth all throughout use. This is my first laptop with a touch-screen and a flip screen, wasn't even what I needed but now that I have it, I must say they're great perks. I like to use the tablet mode in bed and just point with my finger. Highly recommend this laptop!

Purchased a Dell laptop at Best Buy, needed for business and personal use. The speed, performance and ease of use is perfect for what I wanted. The tech at Best Buy was more than helpful with the process.
