Excellent screen and keyboard. The touch screen pretty much eliminates the need for a mouse. Very fast for everyday personal use.

I love this laptop. It's very fast, the picture quality is great, I really like the touchscreen and the backlit keyboard.

This isn't a top of the line laptop but I couldn't find a nicer or faster 17" screen laptop for this price and the ability to fully bend backwards to allow it to be in tablet mode is a nice bonus. If I purchase the stylus I could take advantage of the on screen hand markup feature. I feel that I got more than I paid for.

My daughter was very impressed with the laptop and all its features. Her favorite feature is the facial recognition and tablet mode because of the 360 convertible feature. We were impressed with the computer's durability and storage capacity. Our daughter plans to use this computer her senior year and for her dual enrollment classes. Our plan is for this computer to last at least until her 2nd year in college. So far, this computer has been a great investment.

Got this while it was on sale about 30-40% off. Incredible computer. Haven't had 1 issue yet and I've had it for a year now. I don't personally use the tablet mode, except when I'm watching something on the go. It's a nice feature, but I wouldn't say it's necessary at all personally.

I've only had Dell desktops for the past few years. This is my first laptop. I like it, the picture is nice and the size is right but I'm not happy with the speaker, I hear static when the volume is high. Other laptops offer better speakers. I don't use my laptop often and I actually prefer the desktops.

I love my laptop that I purchased right before the New Year. I love that Best Buy does price matching.. as I saved almost $200 with Dell's Winter Clearance sale! I love the touchscreen, the screen clarity in general, and the quick navigation. I only wish I was a bit more tech savvy to utilize the full benefits of a stylus in graphic design but I'll learn now!

I am highly impressed with the 2TB storage. Would love it even more if I had high speed Internet, unfortunately the Wi-Fi where I live and work isn't the best quality. Still it satisfies my needs. Later this year I will be using it to edit and publish videos on my YouTube channel : Norm7634

Great computer for family use. I am able to get caught up on work, the kids can do their homework and my husband is able to catch up on emails etc. the touch screen is great for games the kids play. The only downfall is that when typing, you touch the mouse pad often

I have had for about a month and so far it's excellent. The hinges aren't exactly flush for comfortable tablet use. I had purchased on sale with intentions of upgrading with more memory and a SSD. It's not terrible without them and I'm a happy camper as is. Runs my graphics programs and touch screen is spot on.

Shopped around. For the price and the memory and having a 2in1 this is bomb
