This was an opened box item, which was a great deal. Excellent performance on an i7 processor, with 12 GB of memory and a full 2TB. Fast, great performance and screen. All under $500.

This machine is very fast and handles all of my needs perfectly. The screen is bright and crisp. Although I won't be using it much as a tablet, the feature is nice to have and very seamless. I love the sleek design and the speed of this laptop. I would highly recommend it.

I like this laptop a lot! I am a chem major and use it to run programs and write lab reports. Along with that since, it is touch screen I can write directly on the PowerPoint lectures. This pc also runs games well I play fortnite and LOL. Lastly, I have noticed though that the W key is loose (probably from playing games) and the battery life is not good anymore. I've had this laptop for about 1.5 years

Always had HP laptops before, but the price was right and might like this one better

I am glad a sale person insisted on me buying this computer vs some smaller devices ( appeared to be popular now). This computer has exact the features you want : light, small enough but able to create documents. Since my purchase, I never had to do any fixing, just virus software installation. Very great product!

I use this computer for work and home. It is a great laptop and has not given me any issues or problems. I would buy another one. I got it for a great price on clearance and would recommend it to others. I love the stylus pen and touch screen. I have not explored all the ways it works yet but I am sure I will be amazed.

Price to performance is great. Easy to use. The size is just right to carry with out being too bulky. Love the touch screen and pen.

I am having a good time using this computer with all the added features and benefits this computer gets me through school and online business needs. The speed is amazing not to mention the touchscreen technology and the security face recognition feature. All around good Labtop would definitely recommend and the price was reasonable.

Saw this laptop on sale and for the price it is truly great. Very speedy, lots of storage and nice screen. Love the touch screen features and fact that I can use it as a notebook. Really nice machine!

It's a great Laptop for the price. I recommend it. It has a great size and the multitouch screen is a plus. I recommend to upgrade the Hard disk to a SSD to get the best of it processor.

Bought this for my spouse. It is impressive. Easy to setup. Screen resolution is the best. Speed, speed,speed.

I returned this laptop on the last day possible to give it time to prove itself after I read some of the negative reviews. I couldn’t decide. However, some of the things mentioned in the negative reviews started occurring. Here’s what I found: 1) Overheating: It doesn't seem like it will cool easily, especially when on your LAP. 2) Shift Buttons: They look like they may give troubles after long time usage. The pressing locations for my finger size (7.5 inches from base of palm to top of middle finger) caused my last Dell to have the smaller shift key come off the rack many times after about 6 years. It never stays on now, so I cannot use it. I have always been a Dell user. 3) Touchpad: Again with my hand size, typing is annoying with the location of my fingers and the large size of the area below the keyboard for the touchpad to be located (large touchpad). The touchpad also did not have an automatic scroll action like previous Dell models to scroll up and down on the right edge of it. I did not look to find this option in settings, though. 4) Button Locations: The placement of the Home/End keys and arrows drove me crazy. Home and End are on the right and left arrows and it was annoying to have to hit the Alt or Fn buttons to use those functions. I use them constantly when browsing online. This was one of the major reasons I returned. 5) Dirt: The touch-screen was a nightmare for holding dirt. Even with my hands spotless, it kept tracks on it. 6) Battery life: It was horrid. This was simply with using the laptop for web browsing after downloading Chrome and nothing more. This is basic web browsing, not playing games constantly or that type of thing. I did not use the laptop for anything else and on days 1 and 2 it proved battery life poor. 7) Lag: I transferred 118 GB of data from my old PC’s hard drive to this computer. After I did so, the lag was starting to be experienced. I opened a few documents to make sure the Microsoft programs would open them. They opened quickly, but some functions had a tiny delay. I noticed a medium sized change in my browsing the web in either browser. Even after clearing cache to test, the web pages were having a very noticeable change in loading speed. I did not want to worry about this getting worse over time. Overall, it may be decent for someone who will use it very little and only for the laptop function, but I would not buy it again and I made sure I returned it, even though it was at a great sale price. I was concerned about the lag growing and I didn’t want to see if it got worse when I installed more advanced programs. It may be time to find something other than a Dell, even though I have always used them.

This computer so far has met all my needs. The touchscreen, laptop and tablet features are all great.

So far so good during my first month.Got this for Christmas as a replacement to a Toshiba. I needed more memory and Hard drive capacity and this one has it. I miss a couple of things , No Ethernet plugin, and no Cd drive. i purchase the drive yesterday and that should solve the problem. Would of liked more USP plug, With my external display and my wireless keyboard I only have two left. I like the conversation to tablet and free hand writing which is great . I fold the whole screen to use the pen I purchase separately.. i like writing. The mouse pad is huge compare to the other's I reviewed.

Computer was even cheaper than Dell.com offered during Black Friday, pre-Christmas sales!
