I have mixed feelings about this laptop. I love the slimness, color, and the screen is just breathtakingly beautiful. I like the 12 GB RAM and 2 TB hard drive and think this will be enough for a long time. My last laptop was a Sony VAIO and its keyboard seemed a bit easier to use: the Dell keys are smaller and the forward edge of the laptop is...well....crisp. Not exactly sharp, but not as rounded and as comfortable as the VAIO. After a full day setting it up with updates, external hard drive, printers, etc.......it crashed! Major fault somewhere, but it guided me through a complete reformat putting it back to factory settings. Yes, all my files and data were erased. It made certain I knew this before formatting, so I expected it. Had to start over again, but it has been good so far. I have a maintenance program, System Mechanic Professional (highly rated by PC magazine) which cleans things up, but rates the reliability of the laptop as low because of the crash. Not certain if this is Dell's fault or Windows 10 - which takes a lot of getting used to. Buying a Windows 10 User Manual is recommended. Overall, I'd buy this device again.

Good laptop to have. The tablet feature is great. I work and watch movies on it and the quality of picture is great. Only negative is the battery had to be replaced within 2 years of having it.

This laptop has so much utility with the 2 in 1 touch screen and the tablet option. Easy to get work done quickly

Laptop is good for storage as it is 2TB hard drive. It is fast with i7 processor and 12 GB RAM.

The laptop is very efficient to use, and the touchscreen works as it should be. One point to note is just that the battery cannot stay up that long. In general, It is a good laptop.

Friend recommends me to buying laptop w/i7 processor for using videophone when I did called friend...excellence video and no more blurring view like I had so many times with i3 processor. So Happy now

The first laptop had issues from the time I tried to use it so I took it back to the store and they replaced it with a brand new one. I've been using the new product for a couple of weeks and so far really enjoy the speed and large screen. Graphics are good although most of the use so far has been personal business and internet. i love the fact that it's also a tablet and have taken advantage of that versatility quite often. I recommend this product

Works great. Screen is clear. Able to access all attachments for video conference meetings. Excellent speed for running conferencing programs. Size is not to combersome to move in and out of offices. Power button is a bit small and a bit touchy. Could be a problem in future.

Easy to navigate, easy to understand. Was able to get all my regular documents on it! Also fast!!!

Except keyboard its a good product with value for money. Keyboard is a bit compact.

This is a fast computer with tons of storage. Windows 10 is a pleasure to use as well.

I was excited to get this 2 in 1 laptop. Its light fast and totally intuitive.

I used this laptop for a few years. It was sturdy and well built. It was top of the line and very fast when I first bought it. After a year of use, it slowed down thanks to Windows. I re-installed windows and it ran smoother.

Laptop is great for everyday use and makes editing photos a snap. Only down fall is it doesn’t come with a Pen, for the price one should be included

bought this to replace my work laptop that was stolen. overall it's not a bad laptop. wish I could have found similar with dvd drive and it seems a little slow sometimes but I love the ability to be a tablet and laptop
