This laptop is fast, slim, not on the heavy side, nice appearance, and three USB ports. Only cons are the speakers are on the bottom of the laptop, which isn’t good when you’re watching movies on a bed or somewhere that absorbs the sound, and the battery life isn’t the greatest. But hey, performance was what I was looking for, and it delivers.

I have been buying Dell computers for a few years now because they are durable and fast. Dell is always up to date with the technology.

Love the tablet feature and the touch screen works great. The only issue has been with the camera to log into the system. It doesn't always work but as long as you keep with the updates it will work.

I own 1 dell laptop and am very pleased with it. When my wife needed a new laptop, dell was the only laptop that we considered.

I bought this for school and it has been a great tool so far has everything I need and not a lot of what I do not need, and it’s fairly easy to use considering I have limited computer skills.

Design and performance, together. But be aware of 5 hours of Windows 10 update that cause my excitement level to go crashing down. Yes, you won’t be able to use this after 5 hrs of updates.

I bought this machine for the soul purpose of dual booting it with Linux, it works perfectly for me. Its not the fastest machine i own but its certainly speedy for the price i paid for it.

My wife uses this as her work computer and loves the speed. I upgraded the hard drive to a samsung EVO SSD and it's blazing fast. Can be used as a tablet for the kids to watch movies on the go. Excellent picture and battery life.

It does everything I need it to do. Are used to have the older model and traded up to this one. It was on sale.

I originally bought the computer for school. It's pretty fast and I like the feature where the screen flips around like a tablet, however the touch screen is a little wonky and it tends to spaz out at the slightest touch. It always sometimes lags at startup and the automatic update feature is also a bit annoying because it literally seems like it has to update every time I start the dang thing. Other than that, it's a cool computer for the price, though you could also just get a MacBook for a few hundred more.

Good for storing a lot of photos. It is a good computer. It is very thin. Nice solid design. The only thing I do not like is it does get unusually hot to the touch sometimes.

This laptop is a 2 in 1 and touch screen. Also has lots of storage and really fast. Like it a whole bunch.

Excellent computer for school and daily use. I love that is the 8th gen processor, I wish to had a ssd but im ok with the 2 tb HDD. I would upgraded in the long run to a ssd. touch screen very responsive. Im still working on a good setting to make my battery last, but seem it drains fast.

Love it! Have had it a few weeks and is performing as well as some much more costly. No issues at all.

I can only afford so much when it comes to computer upkeep. I caught this one on sale at my local BestBuy. I was happy that it had everything I needed. It is a bit slow and seems clogged like a plugged up drain. I have anti virus on it, but I'm probably going to need some sort of PC cleanup/tuneup. Touchscreen doesn't respond when it needs to at times. I might have to adjust my settings for that. The battery also drains faster than I would like it too. However, I made that compromise for wanting a more powerful computer. Overall, it's a great computer.

Awesome laptop, does everything I need it to! Little big for tablet use but can make it work!!

As of now it seems to be a good computer, I bought for my daughter to do her college work on.

Love at first sight, this laptop looks so great.. didn't use so much bought it for a friend.. so far it's working as expected.. guess made right choice
