I love everything about this pc. If you buy it and you're living in a remote area with a "low speed dsl" internet service and having problems with the internet, GET A HIGHER SPEED! As soon as I moved up to 50 meg service, the internet was fine.

Bought this laptop thinking it would be fast. Boot up was very slow everything was slow called Dell after over 4 hours of support and updates it started working better So if you buy this laptop be prepared to spend some time with Dell support also the Nvidia card is app specfic and does work once all updates and help from support laptop runs fine. They should have put a better hard drive this one is 5400 rpm should have at least been 7200 rpm or better yet instead of this put a 1 terbyte ssd they are not that costly.would be a great product if not for these issues

Operates as well as I'd hoped. I did increase the ram to 32gb (Crucial (made by Micron) 16gb DDR4-2400 SODIMM 1.2V CL17 Micron part# CT10967391) which made a notable difference. Ordered it from Micron for $205. The screen clarity is fantastic. Sharp, clear, and the viewing angle is great. Doesn't wash out even at about 120°. Love that it is a 2 in 1, and the screen rorates automatically, but also has user settings. Contrary to some other posts, I kinda like having a 17" tablet. The only thing I'm not totally satisfied with is the cold start boot up time. It's not bad at about 25-30 seconds, but I would like it to be faster. Plan to add a stick of Intel Optane soon.

I am very pleased with the Dell - Inspiron 2-in-1 17.3", it is very easy to use and has all of the features I was looking for. I like the flexibility and dependability I now enjoy I am so used to being chained to a desktop, I now have the flexibility I need. I highly recommend this laptop to anyone!

The Dell Inspiron 17.3” laptop features a large touch screen and full keyboard. The i7 processor, 16GB RAM and 2TB HDD are ample for most uses. Unfortunately, Windows and the bundled antivirus software bog the system down at times. Not a problem with the laptop but important to note the Bamboo pen I was encouraged to purchase with the system never worked due to driver issues. A year after purchasing this laptop is still used just about every day and still looks and performs like new! Changed McAffee antivirus to Norton.

I have been using HP Laptops for the past 10+ years, so when I was in the market for a new one, I naturally was gravitating towards them again. When I am in the market for any new piece of equipment however, I always do some research to determine what model I will want to look for. In the course of researching, I found the Dell Laptop meeting my needs for a few hundred dollars less than the comparable HP, so I ended purchasing it, and not only has it met all my expectations, it has exceeded them. In particular, the battery life, it lasts almost twice as long as my 2yr old HP. The screen is also vastly superior in picture quality. Very happy so far!

There is room for improvement customer service it's not that great. I could spend more money but the assistance was anemic. Besides my credit limit is very low that's why used different Credit card, you missed the opportunity to make more profit.

This unit is ready for anything. I replaced my mothers desktop and she is so happy it is easy to use the touch screen is outstanding .there is no complaints on the overall unit

Great machine with a crisp clear picture. The screen size makes watching media awesome.

It is ok - it needs an SSD upgrade, but other than that, it is a great laptop.

I wanted a 17 inch and this one was a perfect choice for the price. It is a bit heavy. Not such a good choice for travel.

The Computer performs perfectly. I have no complaints and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a great, fast machine.

It runs fast and is easy to use. But it has only two USB ports and no DVD player. Because that, you will buy accessories if you want to use it better.

Picked up for one of my kids to use at college. Speed seems good and has a good amount of storage on the HD.

My son loves his 2 n 1... fast after initial set up... then, not a blimish on speed or switch from tablet back to pc...

Although this laptop is a little too big and heavy to be converted to a tablet, it is still a great size for the designing programs I'm using for school. I wouldn't exactly recommend getting this size laptop for traveling or for portability since it's more prone to being dropped, but I purchased a 3 year Geek Squad Protection that covers accidental damage from handling, so I am not too worried about accidentally damaging my device. I did also upgrade this laptop with an SSD m.2 which made a huge difference in performance.

This Dell laptop has it all! A touch screen makes navigation quick and easy. Plenty of memory with a fast 2TB hard drive.

was looking for a personal computer to replace my old one.

There's been a few hiccups getting used to Windows 10 but so far I have been very pleased with the speed and performance of the computer.

This is a great laptop. It suits my needs perfectly. I love the touch screen and option to flip the keyboard over and use it as a tablet. Superb for both work and home. I have zero regrets with my purchase. I am not a very high tech person nor would I consider myself a modern day technical wizard but as a person with average to above average knowledge about computers this was a really good choice for me.
