Fast easy to use and set up love the large screen have not had to access tech support yet

This computer is fast, efficient, reliable, accurate, precise, and has plenty of storage!

Still learning my way around. It would be helpful to get some type of booklet for beginners to give pointers and look into programs.

This is a great laptop once I got it set up. I asked for best buy tech help with the set up and was told it would cost $60! After just spending $1200. Dell assisted.

This is an updated operating system for me so I'm still learning how and what to do to get where I want to go. From time to time, I try to access games but haven't mastered the process so I'm disappointed. The screen size is awesome so it's easy to read my emails and search the web. I chose this size for my tv viewing which I'm enjoying.

This laptop has great specs and is very fast. I was attracted by the combination of processor speed and graphics capabilities. I prefer the larger laptop for the full keyboard including number pad. I also like the larger screen size. If you're looking for something compact, this laptop isn't for you, but if you're looking for something with speed and graphics, I would absolutely recommend it.

This laptop is great for the price you pay. It’s a perfect size and I love the touchscreen. Perfect for my kid to do homework or browsing the web. I don’t like how you have to buy Microsoft office only for a year at a time online as well as security. It would be nice if they had a disc for this. Maybe some kind of deal they could combine.

Even though I've heard most Dells are bad I decided to give this one a try and its actually not bad and it's pretty solid. It has a big screen which makes it good to watch movies and shows, as well as playing games. It runs PC games pretty good (only tried Fortnite) and the computer also runs smoothly.

This is a great laptop. I wanted to spend a little less money, but I'm glad I didn't. The speed, the video capabilities, the RAM, all combined make for a great user experience. I am not a gamer, so I can not tell you how the latest version of Pong or Ms. Pac-man runs, but this laptop is getting excellent results while powering a 4K monitor at full resolution.

Nice computer. Large screen, easy to see & to use. I have run into a speed Issues but it may be my internet. sometimes left click doesn't do anything, not sure why. sometimes if I go to file explorer as the first place I go after start up things freeze up think thats Windows 10 problem.

Couldn’t do anything after setup. Couldn’t get into websites. Husband figured out needed to update system. Couldn’t do it thru edge. He had to get Firefox and update thru that. Then it worked. Love the screen size of 17”. Keyboard nice to the touch. Graphics excellent for photos/scrapbooking.

Love the big screen and 10 key. Very fast and have no issues.

Was going to buy direct from Dell, but decided to check local Best Buy. Found out that Best Buy had a more current (and better) computer at a better price than the special offer from Dell. Best part, my customer info will NOT be sold to a third party like Dell did with my last purchase. Staff was able to answer my questions. Support has been great!

I have been a loyal Dell user for years, but this is my first time with this level of technology. Facial recognition and touch screen technology is amazing. I wasn't sure I would like it, but I do. I have not used this as a tablet yet, since I am more comfortable with it as a laptop. It's nice to have the option if I want to use it as a tablet.

Easy to use, fast and responsive with robust range of tools.

Nice balance of size, durability, power and storage space. Audio is good. Features are nice. Graphics are gorgeous. I wouldn’t have put the power switch where Dell did, but after a couple accidental shutdowns I learned to be careful how I held and moved it. I still love the computer- especially the big hard drive.

This is one of my best purchases at Best Buy. I use it for work and personal use. The touch screen feature is great and how you can change it easily from laptop to tablet mode. I love that you can enlarge the screen simply with a pinch extend of two fingers. It really helps when there is small lettering on websites you cannot read.

So I was looking for a laptop that is multi-functional and would also work as a large tablet. Its Great and Fast and has a really nice screen. The only issue is that it doesn't have enough RAM for me to use for Photoshop and other programs that require alot of memory. It does work find but not with large files over 100MB.
