I don't really want to judge the product so much as I want to review the Hulen store for listing this as Open Box Excellent and telling me it had been thoroughly checked out. I arrived for pick up to find it had no packaging at all and was stuffed into a plastic bag. I questioned them about the listing saying it was in original packaging, and showed them, and they said it was a floor model and had no box. This was a lie, as this computer had obviously been returned and reset, and in the desperation of Covid 19 schooling at home, I took it. Within 2 days of set up it began having issues. I attempted to resolve them, but more issues continued to appear the longer we had it. Finally after 4 weeks I did a reset and returned it. I don't know if this model is good or not when it is new in the box, but I do know that the Open Box Excellent rating that Best Buy in Hulen is absolutely not accurate!

The computer is an easy use. The screen is crystal clear.

I bought this to use in home schooling our three grandkids during the quarantine. It’s not the fastest processor but with a little tuning it does great for their needs. I always turn to Dell for my PC needs. Also a shoutout to all the individuals working to keep us safe!!

When meeting with the Geek Squad personnel, they were patient and professional with each question I asked. The only reason I purchased a new desk top was because Windows was no longer supporting Windows 7 at the end of December. This has been a bit difficult for me since I have used 7 for years. All the buttons have changed, accessing info has changed and simply the fact I am not computer literate doesn't help! I also utilized the option to have someone take control of my computer to resolve an issue for me.....that person was also very knowledgeable and discovered the answer. I was very pleased with the help I received and, although still learning, I enjoy using my desktop on a daily basis! Thank you.

This computer is sluggish to say the least; all it is used for is an online register but it gets the job done

If the touch screen is valuable to you and all you do is browse the internet, this is a reasonable purchase.

I was looking for a couple of computers for my support staff at my office. They're great for their use. Nothing too fancy or too powerful, but just enough to get the job done. The touch screen functionality is nice to have built-in as well.

I use these for work inputting my notes on a iCloud based software. I really love that it doesn’t have a tower and was easy to put together.

This computer was too slow for me. Returned it to BestBuy for another brand.

Getting used to the computer but not having any real problems. Seems to take time starting up but that could be my internet server. Daughter deleted some items I do not need and that helped the speed. Set up was easy.

For the price the system does not live up to the cost. The lack of disc player burner keeps user from doing many things. Not being a computer person it is discouraging not to have certain items. I do not use the system often only to check my pension and medical items on line. I would not purchase this item again for the money.
