I don't remember the last time I owned a desktop. (High school) However in my older age, laptops have become more techy and I can't stand the idea of sitting with a laptop on me. This is a wonderful desktop for the price, brand new processors and a speed that is great when working on something. The fact that the keyboard and mouse are wireless makes it a space saver and the screen's resolution is amazing. I've enjoyed this purchase very much.

The Dell computer was easy to set up and use. I had a bit of a learning curve since my previous PC ran Windows Vista, but thank goodness for the touch screen! The keyboard and mouse broke after 3 days and I wouldn't have been able to do anything without the touch screen function. The keyboard continually lagged behind my typing, no matter what program or browser I was using. The mouse stopped scrolling. Then the comptuer refused to recognize the keyboard and mouse at all. Best Buy wanted me to bring the entire computer back, just because the mouse and keyboard didn't work. This is my work computer and I had spent hours transferring all my data and programs on to it. I wasn't about to turn it over to The Geek Squad and not have anything to use for up to 4 days. I contacted Dell customer service and they sent me a new keyboard and mouse right away. (In the meantime, I was able to use the touch screen to get a spare keyboard and mouse working.) The second set sent by Dell works perfectly.

I've used my Dell for less than a month, but am enjoying the screen resolution and ease of setup and use. Windows 10 is new to me, so I'm floundering around a bit with that. Haven't used the touch screen. I like the built-in CD drive and easy to reach USB ports on the side. Less clutter on my home office desk without speakers. This computer replaced an older tower Dell which had become quite noisy and slow.

We bought out desktop in Feb. And had to return it two weeks later, that's why I gave this desktop a 4 Star. The fan went out. It's a great deaktop, we love it. My husband uses it for work & I use it to store all my photos on it. But we returned it without any problems. Thank You Best Buy. So hopefully this new one doesn't give us any issues. Overall we enjoy it and the screen is a great and perfect size for us.

I replaced an old model desk top computer with Dell All-in-One Computer and I'm glad I did. It's fast and has lots of memory. Now it's a pleasure to work on my new computer. Touch screen, split screen, big screen and more room on my desk. Geek Squad did a nice job transferring my Excel and Word documents from my old computer which was a big help. I spent more than I intended to but it was worth it.

I am a long time apple user. I wanted a non-apple product for a change, and have an ancient Dell laptop at work--so I am fluent in windows. This all in one is fantastic! It is sleek to look at, has a very fast processor, the graphics are wonderful and the memory huge. It is so good that even though I have a big screen hi-def TV I am watching stuff from my amazon prime video account on this computerll

You cant do better then this computer. If you need a home PC solution it is perfect. Size wise it is absolutely space economical, its is powerful, rock solid with the best support in the business. As a technology businessman I can assure you that buying any other companies PC is a risk and a potential waist of money. I have never seen a company that buys other then Dell for office use.

I really like the larger screen I have for the Monitor and I like having the keyboard and mouse wireless. It makes it much easier to use compared to my previous wired keyboard and mouse, because the UBS cords kept getting in the way of the desk sliding table, which made it harder to pull out and use my desk. Also, since I don't have the large tower, I have much more room in my desk.

This Dell is the best All-in-One Computer. When I first purchased it I thought the screen would be too big. Got use to it immediately. Love the fact that I can use the touch screen. I never used the split screen before this one, now I use it all the time. It's fast on start-up and fast for everything else. it's nice to not have a modem to take up room. Big plus.

I love my new Dell Desktop All in One computer. It has proven to be pretty easy to use. I was used to Windows 7 which I had on my previous computer & windows 10 took some getting used to...but I learned it pretty quickly thanks to online tutorials that are available! I would recommend this computer to anyone! I really like the large screen & ease of operation!

My new Dell all-in-one is just what I needed. It's fast, sturdy, touchscreen works great, wireless keyboard very handy. The speakers put out good quality for music. Windows 10 is growing on me, works much better (& differently) on a new computer than it did as an upgrade on my old laptop. I cannot get Cortana to work, but that's not the computer's fault.

Originally, I bought an HP through HSN and that computer sucked so hard!! It was slow and the wireless mouse and keyboard ran down brand new batteries 4 pair in 2 days. So when I got this dream computer I was so ecstatic. The huge screen was awesome and the speed was impressive. My daughter uses this for school and we are more than satisfied.

this is one of the best buys I ever made, getting rid of my old desktop clunker and getting this all-in-one dell core I7. very fast well worth the money spent.

The computer was in store and easy to purchase. The install was easy and the computer has so far met our expectations.

I don't let go of money easily, but I was pleased and relieved that this product has fulfilled my expectations. It was easy to pick up, set up, download my stuff and move on quickly. I am a student and badly needed an upgrade on ram, processing, and screen size. I haven't taken every feature for a spin, but it's all good so far.

I bought this PC to replace my 4 year old all-in-one pic. Bought it as open item with Best Buy's extender warranty. It has been one of the best investments I have done. It is quick and the screen size is not too small, not to big. I may need to update the 1 T HD in the future, since the one it has is only 5400 rpm
