I like that you can set the camera to take auto pictures and it's fast, the keys are soft to the touch and easy access to apps.

The screen size is really nice. Its wireless so we don't have to worry about our son pulling on the cords. It takes long to come on. I think that issue is with all windows 8.1. Windows 10 comes out in a few days, and it's supposed to be faster.

Windows 10 suck, and there's no disc drive. Overall it is a great product. My kids enjoy it. There's a lag with startup sometimes. I would expect that from an older computer but not this less than a month old computer. Love the desk space. It's a keeper.. also memory is great.

The large, clear display is great for working on two files at once. The computer comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse that are both sturdy. My first complaint is that the joints to tilt the screen are not as flexible as I had expected. I worry that I am going to break it when I try to move it. Secondly, because I purchased it from Best Buy, it came with "bonus" two programs. The Dragon Assistant was not installed properly, and it took hours with the Dell support team to install it correctly. The other program was FastAccess and it was only a limited trial even though it was advertised as a complete program. Overall, I am very happy with this computer because it is fast and does what I need it to do for me to get my work done.

Love this product with the big screen so that displays can be easily resized. Fast and love how everything is self-contained and no need for a chunky tower.

It was an adjustment to move to Windows 8, but the transition was easy and this magic computer does my work for me. The keyboard is easy to use and seems to eliminate any typing errors. The screen is larger than any I've had before but now it seems normal to my eye. I still have much to learn but I'm loving it.

I had heard bad things about Windows 8 and was reluctant to upgrade. This Dell was installed with 8.1 and I've had no problem adjusting to the new os. The computer is fast and easy to set up/configure and so far my old programs seem to install just fine.

Great all-in-one PC hindered only by its slow HDD

This was the best all-in-one (AIO) PC in our local Best Buy, it sports a great 23" monitor and sleek overall form. The monitor face is smooth, aiding in the touch-screen interface. We demoed several other, some quite a bit more expensive, AIO PCs that had 23" displays, but it had the best display. This AIO PC had the greatest range of motion for selecting your viewing angle and they all had the same max resolution. Try them all and make your own decision. The processor is an i5, and while mid-range in the i-series, it is more than sufficient for anything you will be using it for, barring the most extreme of graphics-intense games. Read up on the different processors in the i-series and you will see. The wireless keyboard and mouse are perfect for this AIO and the keyboard is as sleek as any you'd consider. Yes, I'm talking about you, Apple wireless keyboard. Best of all, it is loaded with Windows 8.1 and was updated to Windows 10 a few weeks after purchase. Only significant cons with this AIO are the lack of RAM (easily, and cheaply, upgraded on your own) and the garbage hard disk drive (HDD) used when this was assembled. Why Dell chose to put such a piece of junk as this slow (5,400 RPM) HDD in this sleek unit is open to question... but the simple answer is the drives are really, really cheap. To put this in perspective, 5,400RPM drives haven't been used in years, except for the cheapest of laptops/netbooks, and then only to save on energy consumption. They could have at least put in a 7,200RPM drive, but chose not to. Upgrade this to a 256GB solid-state drive (SSD) and all things will run much faster (5-10 second boot times). Yes, the current HDD is 1TB, but it is what ultimately slows performance WAY down with this great AIO PC. If it's space you want, get a NAS or external USB HDD. You can get 64GB thumb drives for next to nothing and 2TB external USB 3.0 drives for $60-70. Other than what's noted in this review, the RAM & HDD, this AIO PC is an incredible buy. It works awesome and looks great!

We're a small company so most of our employees work off their laptops, but this is our primary shared office computer and it has been great. Love the touch screen, runs quickly, and it's very convenient to swivel around for visibility and for raising and lowering as well. Definitely recommend!

I was looking for a replacement for my old PC that crashed. I talked to our IT rep at work and she highly recommended this one. After looking at others, I found that it was exactly what I was looking for. I was really surprised at the size of the monitor. It was much bigger than expected, but very welcome. I had priced one at Dell and found Best Buy to have a better price. The wireless mouse, keyboard, and touch monitor are wonderful.

    Dell All-In-One

Love my Dell all-in-one. The touch screen is super responsive and the display is outstanding. I love that the screen folds all of the way down so you can use it like a tablet and it adjusts easily when tilted up. I'm tall and I hate the screens that are one size fits all. I also like that the mouse and keyboard have a nice feel to them. The cost was a little high but my last Dell served us well so hopefully this one will too.

This is a great package deal from Dell for an all-in-one computer. Very easy to use and set up. Does everything you need but it doesn't have a cd disc drive so you have to buy that separately.

This "set" is just what I needed. I really appreciate that you pretty much plug it in and go. The remote keyboard and mouse keep unsightly wires to a bare minimum. It was easy to add my printer as well. I wish that Office came with it and don't like that there is no support from the store without purchasing support but really am satisfied with my computer.

I had purchased another "All in One" computer which had nothing but problems. When they discarded it as unfixable, I went with the Dell all in one and have been extremely pleased with the performance and layout of the accessories. It is fast, has good performance with everything that I have used it for and graphics are exceptional. Can't ask for more. Great buy.

My son set up computer, installed Windows 10. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Since my last computer was Windows Vista I am still learning how to use this computer. Fast working, seems to be just what I needed. Now that the holidays are over I plan to get serious and relearn all of my usual work I do on the computer.
