Have had to contact Tech Support three or four times for help; there's one outstanding issue they were not able to help me with.

Tried everything thinking it can be just software, drivers etc, but the nature of malfunction is a hardware. We have another one of these we bought 6 months ago and it works well except keyboard having issues of lagging, losing orrepeaking keystrokes.

Below I have provided the steps to run the Microsoft Sound Troubleshooter to help with the speaker issue. I have also included the full article link that has more options if they are needed. We suggest making sure the drivers and downloads are up to date on your PC. I have given you a link to the Drivers and Downloads page for your computer below so you can check for and do any applicable updates.
How to run the Windows Sound Troubleshooter in Microsoft Windows 10
1. Click Start, and then select Settings (gear icon).
2. Click Update & Security and select Troubleshoot.
3. Click Playing Audio and then click Run the troubleshooter.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Unfortunately they asked me to give a review and the 'openbox' item they sold me was absolute garbage, broken LCD and everything. Im sure this product is good but if you ask for a review on something you purposely knowingly sold to me as junk then I have to reply with the truth.

No entertainment surfing. I have had it just over a year and half way through today the screen started getting glitchy and fuzzy every time I type. Unfortunantly, the manufacture warranty is very short and I am right past it. Wouldn't recommend it.
