Speaker could be better, tilt angle is good

Only had it 6 hrs before it had an update which created a system start up failure. Went through dell support to reset the computer to a previously working state which just in turn crashed the windows operating system. Now the computer needs a full system operating system wipe and reinstall all after have the computer for 6 hrs. Come on dell and Microsoft you guys have been doing this for 30 years it’s time to be able to just turn on a computer and have it work. Especially for more then 6 hrs before a catastrophic system failure
