Great all in one! This is the second Dell all in one I've owned. The first one was a 24" I bought 4yrs ago and it's still running like new but when I saw the new 27" I had to have it. It seems like they put the best of everything in this one and you can tell as soon as you start it. Before the Purchase of the Dells I've only bought Gateway since 1990 and the three laptops I still have from at least 10yrs ago are still running fine and with a few upgrades along the way are as fast as when brand new. I have Intel7 in all of them so when I went for the Dell all in one 4yrs ago I was a little hesitant on the brand but so far I've been satisfied with them, especially the newest one, Love the large screen and the sleekness of it also the support from Dell is fantastic. I've only had this one for a week so I'll have to give it more time but so far no regrets and would buy again.

For an all in one desktop, this machine is amazing. I just needed a computer for my home office capable of productivity and light gaming ( STEAM ). I would not recommend it for dedicated photo or video editing, and I would recommend a better keyboard and mouse than the ones included. All in all, it is a fantastic machine.

Much better model has 16 gb of RAM plus ssd plus hard drive no problem setting up down loaded from mircosoft cloud from one unit to another did not load any psf files great camera which can be turned off by pushing down into unit works fast good sound level

Wonderful size display for my old eyes! Computer is fast and works well. It also is more attractive in the room than I thought it would be. Was not sure about the white frame around display and the keyboard/mouse. But I really like it!

We bought this computer, ordered home delivery. The computer stood in the corridor for a long time, we did not even open the box after delivery. We opened the box about 3-4 months later and saw that the display was cracked. We arrived at Best Buy and asked to exchange a broken computer. The guys from Best Buy exchanged the computer without any problems! Helped to choose a new one. Thank you very much, Best Buy, for your help and human attitude!

There were SIGNIFICANT issues with my experience with Best Buy. We originally brought our computer in to get fix. It was mid Sep 2020. Bottom line Best Buy could NOT fix it (computer was sent from STL to Chicago). We were told they trashed the computer without ANY discussion with me and my husband. And, they trashed our hard drive too. We worked very closely with Dan Browne in STL/Chesterfield location. Dan helped us through the entire process. Was able to get our hard drive back and helped us get the credit for Best Buy trashing our computer. He continued to keep us informed throughout the process. He was very empathetic to our situation and he helped us get a new computer. If it weren't for his ability to properly manage this difficult decision, I would not even consider working with Best Buy again nor buy any other product from them. He did an excellent job recovering from this very difficult situation. It is because of him that I rated the experience excellent. You should make sure you do everything you can do to keep him.

Love this computer! It's fast, the screen size is perfect for my desk, and seems to have all the memory and storage I need for the time being. Highly recommend for the everyday home user!

Wished the Camera popped up and down without pushing on it, but outside of that it was easy set up, Fast speed, lots of storage and a great price. Super happy with the purchase and screen size.

Love my Dell! I work from home and needed a fast computer. My choice was a gaming laptop (which was a dud..and not Dell). After trying 2 of them, went with my first choice of Dell All-in-One. Couldn't be happier!!

This is a great computer totally recommend it it's worth the price will totally buy it again

Seems to be a great set up. We haven’t used it a whole lot yet but, we are happy with it. The price was reasonable, since we bought open box.

Awesome all-in-one unit! Replaced an 18 yr old tower PC that had some upgrades but cannot compare to this unit. Easy installation. Easy download of software. When a fan comes on, very quiet. Easy plug in for accessories. Very impressed.

This computer is far the best one yet of Dell if you are looking for a touch and keyboard computer this is it !
