    This has a mind of its own. Does not turn on reliably. I am on the fence returning it as somedays it turns right on others, I spend maybe up to an hour unplugging and plugging in. When it does finally start it goes through another 20 minutes of updates saying something failed. Its 50/50, I bought the Total Tech Protection plan but don't know, neither did employee I spoke to n phone, if it would be covered. I bought this as an "open box", no manual etc. obviously someone had a problem with it before me. Also note wireless keyboard and mouse make for spotty at best connection with unit even though they are no more that 5" away from unit, and when they act up the computer goes into some freeze mode indefinitely. I have had to go to plug in mouse and keyboard for stability. I'd say look at something else, and don't buy "open box" it might be the one I returned!

    The Altoona Pennsylvania store provided me with very professional and friendly service. I told them the type of computer I was looking for and not only did they find exactly what I was looking for, they found one on sale. I’m extremely happy with this store and it’s staff. I will definitely do all my business for computer items and service at this store.

    Poor screen color performance. Look washed out compared to my other monitors. Very disappointed. Cheap keyboard and mouse. Wish I had chosen another aio model that had a great rich color monitor picture screen like the older ones. This one sucks. I would return it return if I had not already installed presonus studio one 5 pro music software and plugins already. Shame on you Dell for taking my money for such a bad product. My cousins 6 year old aio inspiron looks better than mine does.....

    I have had this Dell Inspiron Computer for quite a while now and have had very good luck and success while using it. Large hard drive capacity and a very fast processor. I am very happy with this computer.

    It was horrible. Kept shutting down on very first and error message indicated fan failure
