First Time Dell Owner

The Geek squad was a great help in downloading the contents of the old hard drive and everything has worked perfectly so far. I do not have a touch screen monitor but was able to set up the screen so that I could to use the mouse to open icons. So far, so good.

Very fast, boots up quickly

She loves everything about this pc tower especially it boots up quickly. It does not built-in DVD/CD drive. I only wish is it should come with a wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse.

Temp PC became Final PC

While my intent was to use this on a temporary basis, this unit is powerful enough I am just going to leave it in place.

Perfect for Us

This is my wife’s system. She’ll likely never need more storage than the SSD provides, and there’s always the option of adding a hard disk. Dell does a great job of not including crapware.

Impressive

I was on a 12 year old Dell PC that just wasn't cutting it any longer. The SSD in this thing really make it scream. Technology sure does advance in over a decade! Easy to setup, easy to use and I am hoping to get another 10 years out of this one.
