I am in love with this 2 in 1 laptop. Touchscreen feature is amazing. Highly recommended.

The computer is great. Compared to my Lenovo (flex14), the case doesn't smudge and is much faster (i7) and the battery lasts 3x as long. C port handles and additional screen with 1 cord. The keys are quiet and the touch screen is great. haven't used the tablet mode yet, though. My job paid so it's even better!

Super fast laptop. Very good for a home or office user. I would buy another one if needed.

Dell 2 in 1 laptop is working perfectly to go from office to home and keep working. Easy to setup. Battery is lasting long. Very responsive and quick between task. Love the light up keyboard. Haven't used it in tablet mode much, but played with it when I initially set up the computer.

I can say that I bought it because of the specifications and I am satisfied with my decision. The processor is core i7 and the memory of 12GB gave me the highest speed that I can imagine. The style also was impressive.

Solid laptop with two notable drawbacks. 1. battery life, not enough for this class of laptop. barely 5 hours with battery saving settings. 2. brightness, max 300 nits, with the glossy screen its a nightmare to use in any slightly bright environment. the contrast is also not great. Other than that its a quite capable machine, iris xe graphics is quite phenomenal for integrated graphics. Keyboard and trackpad are also very very good.

Dell 14" laptop, Inspiron 5410, i7, 12GB, 512GB SSD: If this was a survey for owner's initial impression, I'd say it is a very nice computer, but there is a serious flaw. Ports are too tight, do not properly fit connectors. Requires too much force to insert/remove connectors. Some USB-C cables would fit the USB-C connector, but the connector/adapter shown (white item in picture) could not be inserted, without risking damage. Same adapter fits easily on other computers. One port is not perpendicular to the case (see black USB stick in picture) . . . cosmetic, maybe, but never noticed these kinds of issues before. Makes you wonder what else is wrong, and probably one day beyond the warranty when you find out. Contacted Best Buy via chat on this issue. A few minutes in, and person at other end suddenly didn’t know I was there, or lost contact with me, or something, even though all of our subsequent questions/replies show up in the chat transcript. Best buy: "Do you wish to continue to chat? Me: "Yes". No acknowledgment from Best Buy, except the same do-you-wish-to continue question. Within return period, so I hope to get a new replacement, without this issue.

Excellent work laptop ! Enough memory, quick and easy to carry around

Compact laptop with good speed. After three weeks of use positive on this choice. One downside - the track pad seems very sensitive and I sometimes close or drag something involuntarily. Overall a good choice.

This is a great 2-in-one laptop. I love this computer functions as a laptop and tablet. It is the perfect size for travel as it is lightweight and sleek.

We took this out of the box and were floored at how small it was. Unless you are looking for a laptop that is slightly bigger than a tablet you may want to look at other models. We didn't even turn it on so I can't attest to anything as far as the operation of the laptop. It was simply too too small.

Purchased this to replace a much older Toshiba laptop. Very impressed with its performance.
