Bought this computer last night. Hooked it up ran windows update installed gears of war 4 ran on ultra setting. Very impressed. Smooth clean gaming. I also love the ease of setup and the look of this machine is great. Its not to overwhelming but its not boring. Will write more after i have used it more.

Thrilled with this purchase - it also came with a free Mixed Reality VR headset. Would definitely buy again.

I've been using this computer now for a few months, regularly running it with large amounts of data (namely MMORPGs) and have had no issues. Fast download and loading times, no experience with lag, overall a great purchase.

For the price, this is a solid computer purchased for gaming purposes but is solid all-around for anything because it's fast and has plenty of memory. While not cheap, this PC's price has good value. I think one would have to spend considerably more to get much better performance.

Needed a computer system that was quick for playing the kids games yet easy and understandable for my personal use. I had a Windows 7 for years and updating to a Windows 10 was a major challenge. But this system meets all my requirements. The response time to everything is great.

Hi all, i'd say this is a pretty good computer. I've had it over 6 months now, and just recently it crashed. I was able to fix it, but still, it shouldn't be crashing so soon, when i barely use it. Other then that, its been working great. Its fast and smooth.

Nice straight forward setup process, handles everything I have done with no problems so far.

This is a solid gaming machine. Allows me to game, stream, and render videos all at the same time. Only down side is not having an Nvida GPU, but the 580 is still good. Can't beat the price for a pre built machine.

Firstly, I would like to mention that I am primarily a console gamer and had only played PC games on a very weak laptop with minimal graphics. I have always wanted a true gaming PC as I was gifted a ton of games on Steam by my friends and family members. I have to say that I am truly amazed at how this Dell gaming PC handles graphically intense games such as Forza Motorsport and Battlefield 1. I will now list my Pros and Cons with this desktop and why I think it deserves the highest rating. Pros: 1 - This desktop comes with an AMD Ryzen 7 processor which is able to handle multitasking and gaming with ease. The boot up times are quick and I was able to hop onto my games and applications in a snap. 2 - The Radeon Rx 580 graphics card is no slouch as games look stunningly beautiful at high resolutions. The Radeon settings applications is simple to use and allows you to adjust your graphic settings for gaming, video, and display. It is extremely useful for setting adjusting the graphic settings for each specific game you have and monitoring and controlling your GPU activity, temperature, clock, and fan settings through their overclocking features. I was able to see how hard my computer had to work for each game and adjust the settings to my liking. 3 - With a 1 TB hard drive and 16 GB of Ram I should have enough memory and storage for all my files and games. I did notice that installing games took less than a minute for small files and less than 10 minutes for large files just over 20 GB. 4 - The desktop is extremely quiet and not noticeable at all even when the fans are kicking. 5 - Extremely easy for a beginning PC gamer like myself to figure out the tricks to use the full potential of the desktop. Cons: 1 - Like many other windows PC's the desktop comes pre-installed with McAfee bloatware which really bogs down computer performance and even slowed down the downloading of my games. I uninstalled McAfee and substituted it for a different protection software which did improve my PC performance. 2 - The desktop ships with a standard keyboard and mouse which should almost definitely be replaced with a gaming keyboard and mouse if that is your preference. The keyboard is not backlit and feels a bit awkward to type with. Overall conclusion: I didn't find many things about this PC that I didn't like and even one of those things that I didn't like didn't have to do with the desktop itself but the items that ship with it. As a beginning PC gamer I am truly satisfied with this Dell desktop. AMD's software in this unit is amazing and I am sold on PC gaming. If you are looking to get into PC gaming and have decent budget and would rather have a desktop over a laptop then this unit is definitely worth a look.

It’s a great computer it runs fast can play big games but one problem it has is it will have a random lag spike for about 1 min every once in a while I thought it was my internet because it’s new but I checked and it’s the computer but besides that it’s great

Bought a gaming computer for my son and he had saved up money on his own and the best buy guy was awesome that helped us he even found us the one he wanted for an open box price and saved my son as much money as possible as well as answering all of his questions.

When’s I bought the this it was only under one grand which is a very good computer for the specs, one problem I do have with this is that if you put load on the rx580 for a extended amount of time you will go above 80 degree Celsius. But overall great pc.

For the money, it would be very hard to build my own system with this performance and the various features, While the AMD processor is not at parity with similar Intel designs, it works well with most games and is a viable option for the budget minded gamer.

Mine was a 1700X. Ram can be replaced with 2666 SPD just find a set without XMP requirement for the 2666 speed. If you plan to change cases, think twice..You can but, it'll be a pain.

I bought it for my son and it’s plenty of tower for a first timer gamer.
