The salesperson was helpful when I was looking after my previous Dell was incapacitated after a power surge during a lightening storm. I am a fan of Dell, having used their products at both home and work. My new Dell has not disappointed.

Bought this computer for my mom who was in need of a new computer. If you are just needing a computer for basic functions such as: School, web browsing, Microsoft office programs etc. The only other thing I wish it had was a solid state drive, but great computer overall.

I got this computer so that I could play my offline PC games on a computer built to actually play them well without breaking the bank. Maybe I'm a bit biased since my last "gaming" computer was a 6 year old laptop NOT at all built to support games, but I've been blown away by how amazing this computer is for games! I can actually play games at high resolution without crashes or sacrificing speed. Online games such as Dead By Daylight also run much better than I was anticipating. The i5 core definitely makes a huge difference here.

This machine is a good general purpose machine. Web and email tasks are no problem but the i5 makes running Microsoft Office and graphic work effortless as well.

Have a 3 year contract with the "Geek Squad" at the Best Buy on Washington Street in Indianapolis, In. Called them for help on 12/08/17 and was on hold for around 45 minutes before I hung up. It was around 5:30PM. Not at all happy with them not answering the phone.

This Dell PC is great for the management office it was purchased for. Always reliable Dell with a great amount of memory and speed.

Love it. Great for students and parents. Easy setup. Front ports are easily accessible. Several slots available to add more memory.

great computer; much faster than my previous one which had 8gb memory and 500gb storage. the graphics are much better also.

Once I transferred all my files and done all the updates it appeared to run extremely well loaded all my programs quickly and has plenty of storage room.

Bought this refurbished unit for less than new and haven't had any issues so far. Simple to connect and easy to get working!

I haven't had any problems with it. It works consistently and quite quickly. It does what a computer is supposed to do.

I give this a 4 star rating, because I have had nothing but problems getting my printers to work on this computer. I get them to work and then they stop working and I keep getting errors and it does matter what I do cannot get these to work. I have to keep calling in an IT guy to force them to work and they work for about a week and then stop. Old Windows programs were so much eaiser to work with. This Windows 10 is just very dificult to work around, it forces you to keep spending money to get a professional person in to make everything work.

The computer was easy to set up and works great! My husband bought it for me to replace an old computer and I love it!

this was newly released when i got it, and I had purchased a clearanced previous build right before it. decided to upgrade by returning the older model--for only $50 more. that was a really good decision. this little pc gets the job done.

This Dell works exactly as I hoped and need..... My PC needs are very basic and simple. I surf the web and my daughter does high school homework.... we don't "game" or stuff like that, I do stream music while doing housework, now that I have a computer that can, lol..... This little machine suits my needs perfectly. I replaced an older Dell (Vostro 220) that I had for 9 years! I'm loyal to the Dell brand as I have never had an issue. Works great for me!!!

I bought this as an office computer. Do mostly web based programs. This computer is fast and easy to setup on wifi.

We purchased this desktop PC for our staff accountant . It has 12 GB of memory and performs really well for her.
