They first sent me the completely wrong laptop. Which was broken. Had a huge dead line of pixels across the middle of the screen and biometric scanner broken (which this laptop does not have). When I contacted them, they took it back and sent me then a completely different laptop, which I think is the actually correct one. Besides that mess up (and delay for the laptop needed for school). It does great. It is small, light weight and simple. Perfect for use with just my classes. I don't expect it to be able to handle much else.
I would recommend this to a friend

Never buy a Dell from Best Buy, especially any refurbished laptop. Been using mine for three months and it’s already trash.
