No backlit keyboard option. Up and down arrow have the backlight adjustment, but it doesn't work with the fn key. Gave one star for false advertising.

The most frustrating part of this whole lousy experience was that the third customer service rep I spoke to was supposed to re-order the unit and send me a return shipping label via email. He did not. Now, the unit is "unavailable". This was my first - AND LAST - Best Buy purchase. Best Buy should really be more careful with choice of refurbisher partners. "Third time's a charm" means GO ELSEWHERE.
